I saw this photo on pinterest and really wanted to draw it so I did but I changed it to look like Yatta from Dandy's World

Most of the toon outfits are pretty simple so I decided to give her dress more detail, specifically I gave her a 1920s style dress because her outfit somewhat reminds me of a flapper dress
