a year of minimalst.

Yep, that's a wrap. After a year of minimalst, I've taken some time to reflect upon this wonderful and minimal journey. There were definitely ups and downs, but nonetheless it was a fufilling experience. Whilst it may have been a chore many times, the ongoing appreciation, feedback and lovely comments helped to sustain and encourage me. I'm so glad to have inspired some people, and spread the joy of minimalism. But fret not, this is not the end. While I will be stopping the daily designs, I'll still keep doing designs that mark special occassions to me. That's what I've come to love minimalst for, a visual and minimal diary of my life (i cant remember stuff easily). I've found the designs that represent something that's happen in my life are more meaningful and enjoyable to create, and as such I'll continue to do those. The naming scheme will also change to the date that it was posted. Thank you all for your support and I hope you'll stay around for what's to come! Ciao - Macarius

How did you get inspiration for these amazing works?

Most come from my dad to day activities, like how no.353 was when I received my first ASOS delivery hahaha. Aside from that tho, I experiment with shapes and forms, visual concepts and interesting ways to utilise geometric forms. Hope that answered your question! :)
