thoughts on portugal's relationships with the other countries in latin america that arent brazil?

I think he only have any kind of relationship with uruguay and argentina. he didn’t have enough contact with the others to build anything (honestly he did not care to have a relatioship with anyone else but Luciano and the duo), and even with these two i don’t think it’s anything strong, really, he knows about them and they know about him.

his relatioship with argentina is merely because of how close Martín is to Luciano, and Port is a present (and overprotective) father in a weird way nowadays. He doesn’t like Martín that much. He is too much like António for port’s taste and Luciano could have someone a lot more pleasant.

With sebastián there was the whole Cisplatina situation, and Afonso grew a little fond of him during this time that Sebastián was a portuguese territory. but he likes Sebastián, he thinks he is a proper young man, very elegant, very well manered. He wouldn’t mind having him in the family, if anyone is interested in his opinion.
