RANDom worldbuilding ramble!

I have some drafts and concepts for the culture of Predacons and the main thing in that culture is respecting the hierarchy. Ariel (Elita) was all bossy when she met Jazz and Vector because they were in HER house, her territory. So according to predacon hierarchy she was in charge and everyone else were supposed to respect that.

And Predacons aren't exactly fond of living in close groups with each other but they do have strong connections and this system where one predacon will allow other predacons to live in the same territory so they can work together to protect it for example. With that setup the original landlord is the one with highest place in the hierarchy and can make rules for everyone else to follow. It's not really a family, more like a team? The boss and the trusty minions? With the boss usually being the smartest most experienced one, teaching younger ones and occasionally protecting them if needed. Dragon community where everyone introvertly lives 9999 miles from each other haha

And Predacons don't really care about other mechs politics, they have their own system with every piece of land sort of being "assigned" to a predacon that lives there. Senate can yell all they want that the forest is called Dark Forest but in predacon standards it's Predaking's land hehe. Also all the "minions" get to have the name of their superior as a part of their titles.

It's a long ass setup for me to say that Shockwave has a place in Predacon hierarchy as Predaking's teacher-sensei-dad. And if he ever meets other Predacons they would adress him according to Predaking's previous reputation in the community. Honor is a big thing for robot dragons✊

wheeeeze tf mystic tales we have two Predacons who are. Very obviously Predacons but in general there are four of them:D Liege appeared to say like five words total but there is uh there is quite epic story involved I will reserve the details for when I return to drawing Spellbound but in short Liege is the reason Fae didn’t use their insanely op powers to take over the entire world in just one week Swindle is very how do I say that Being a Predacon is a spectrum and Swindle is in the part of the spectrum where he barely passes the social norms just barely Most Predacons don’t really respect him as a fellow predacon he regularly gets in trouble for stealing from their lands haha and then because of the reputation of a thief he also gets in trouble for just passing through some predacons lands the dude is small and wingless and picks up everything that isn’t nailed to the floor
