Some context for this blog is needed, hm?
Misery's Tribute was a discord roleplay created April 4th 2020 after a first failed attempt in late 2019. It ran steady for about two years before becoming inactive. However, two of the original creators are still developing it.
The plot revolves around a Syndicate kidnapping "inviting" people from all walks of life; hospitals, schools, jails, the street; stripping them of their personal belongings; dropping them into a lavish manor, all accommodations taken care of; allowing zero contact with the outside world; and stepping back to enjoy the show.
However, the first experiment failed horribly due to the Ace of Hearts staging a breakout. No guests survive in the aftermath. Heart also got horribly injured, and the Ace of Diamond's foot was fractured in helping her. Later on, she and the Ace of Spades was murdered by the Red Joker while Diamond was disfigured. Only the Ace of Clubs remained uninjured.
They forced the two remaining Hosts to start a new experiment as well as bringing in a new Spade and Heart. This is where the story begins.
