Every day is the same. My alarm goes off at five minutes to the hour. That gives me enough time to look awake enough to let my support worker into my high rise flat. They come in, feed my Motley cat and collect my lifting machine out of the study/love bedroom. Usual “How did you sleep?” chat happens, I get help cleaning up and dressing in my wheelchair.
