Okay, here goes:

Ayano's Cousin goes absolutely feral. She just loves seeing you squirm and whimper beneath her, crying from the feeling of her fingers alone. She teases you to hell and back, makes you beg for relief and overstimulates you more than you thought possible.

Ryoba finds it absolutely adorable. The sight of your flushed cheeks and tear-filled eyes makes her heart flutter. She told herself she'd try being more dom with you, but she can't help but want to dive between your legs whenever you whimper.

Ayano, Ryoba and Kataba are a bit saddened that you have to go through that, but they're supportive. They check in on you to make sure you took your medication and always rush to the pharmacy ahead of time to refill your perscription for you.

Dozuki and Kugi are a bit confused as to how it works, but they won't interrogate you about the details. They won't admit it, but they'll make a mental note and keep an eye on you. They don't want you going through needless suffering if they can help it, of course.

Azebiki and Hiki just nod and smile. They get it. No seriously, they understand. Azebiki in particular notes down the details of your medication while Hiki reminds you to take it throughout the day. They're nothing if not attentive.

Ayano's Cousin and Kijiyose are curious, but they'll try to keep it to themselves - especially if you don't like talking about the issue. They will still pop in to make sure you take your medication as instructed though. I swear to God, they have eyes like a fricking hawk-

Azebiki, Hiki and Kijiyose are the most composed ones, I believe. They're able to hide even the most burning hatred behind a sweet smile. Either way, they appreciate you keeping their jealousy at bay. It's like an extra layer of reassurance that you won't leave them.

Ayano's Cousin just scoffs and rolls her eyes. She knows you won't leave her. You're way past the stage of paranoia in your relationship. In case you haven't noticed, she enjoys bloodshed and being jealous of a potential suitors of yours grants her the perfect excuse to indulge in needless violence. Ayano, Ryoba and Hiki would instantly melt at this. To them, it's a sign that you're family-oriented and that you're going to fit right in with the Aishis. Instead of dragging you back home, they try to get on your good graces by befriending your younger sibling and doting on them.

Dozuki and Kugi are infuriated at first. They can't risk losing you. But once they track you down, they realize you only wanted to check on your younger sibling. They won't relax their grip on you, but they'll soften up a bit. And sure, maybe the kid is growing on them as well.

Azebiki and Kataba make a mental note to keep your sibling in the picture. They wouldn't want to hurt you that much by getting rid of your immediate family. And you didn't report them or anything so, they suppose they can forgive this little slip-up, just this once.

Ayano's Cousin and Kijiyose also make a mental note, but their intentions aren't as pure. They're nice to your sibling and all, but you can tell they're silently using them as leverage against you. The message is clear; stay close and keep sweet or your sibling gets it.

Ayano, Ryoba, Kataba and Hiki are caught off guard the first few times you experience abrupt mood swings. They fear that you suddenly hate them, but they soon realize that it's out of your control. They're definitely a lot more attentive now (if they weren't already).

Dozuki and Kugi panic. Is this your way of rejecting them? Will you try to leave them? They're one step away from dragging you to the basement (well- Dozuki is), but something compels them to slow down and observe you a little more. And sure enough, they come to realize that they need to soften up a bit.

Azebiki picks up on this extremely early on. She takes notes, discreetly follows you around the house and asks very specific questions. But surprisingly, she's very attentive and willing to accommodate your needs. If you're not already diagnosed, she probably writes an unofficial diagnosis for you.

Ayano's Cousin and Kijiyose realize that you don't really mean the occasional hurtful things you might say to them. So, they just pat you on the head and tell you that you can come back to them once you've calmed down a bit. They're uncharacteristically empathetic when it comes to their darling after all.
