a blush found its way onto her cheeks. she felt silly, doing magic in front of zatanna. she was such a novice compared to her. “i- i really like making plants grow. but, i just recently learned this...” it took a fair bit of concentration and quiet muttering to make a tiny spark of light emit from her fingers.

the squeal emitted from astra was an excited sound. “is it real??” she asked, cooing at the fluffy pup. she was never allowed a pet growing up. she hoped lucifer and john would be okay with it. “that was so cool! i can do a little magic, but i can’t do that yet.”
