Evaluation Notes
When evaluating your work it is good to ask yourself questions relating to the planning and process, then answer as truthfully. Do not write these out as questions and answers - instead discuss your answers descriptively.
Ask, what were your goals at the start? And, what new skills did you hope you would learn?
As you describe this, comment on how successful you think you have been.
How did you find working with others or as part of a team?
Did any obstacles, limitations or expectations of others effect your own progress?
What specific musical elements are you most proud of? How might you use similar techniques again?
You will have become more experienced with equipment and have a better ear now. How do you think this has helped the overall sound of your mixes?
If you had more time, how would you have used it?
Did you plan effectively? Why is planning important and what do you wish you had planned better?
