He doesn't want to seem rude, so he neither shakes his head, nor does he nod. He just stands there. In all honesty, that was probably making things worse; making a slightly uncomfortable situation, into a pretty awkward situation.
Nagisa frowned. “So…are you saying you’re not human? Then what are you? You don’t look like a witch…”
He nodded at the first question, and then just stood there in awkward silence, unsure of how to answer her questions.
"Huh? Wait, where…?" Upon noticing the unusual-looking character, Yui flew straight into a tree.
It didn’t hurt, of course. She hadn’t been programmed to feel pain. All the same, she winced and rubbed her head. “What was that? One moment I was just fine and the next I didn’t even know where I was…” She looked closer at the one that had signaled to her. “What are you?” she asked.
...Well that certainly wasn't the intended effect! His abilities were so troublesome...
Missing took a few steps closer to the downed pixie-like program, and offered her a hand up. His design was completely out of place here. While this world was realistic, and refined, he looked like something out of a cartoonish racing game; his head was just about as big as his body, with a hoodie that was oversized in just one area, the almost comically long sleeves. However his eyes were probably the most attention drawing thing about him. Large black sclera, with small pupils which appeared to be filled with static.
This explanation would be so much easier if he was able to speak in a way that didn't sound like nails on a chalkboard.

This program was strange... This whole world was strange... It wasn't like Kanto... Fairies? Missing stared at the pixie like program in front of him, before hesitantly raising a hand, and waving.

→ Ooh, these seem to be mainly Pókemon. Giratina was no idiot to know that, actually, anyone should be able to tell the differences between a human and a pokémon who uses the power of metamorphosis to take the look of an actual human. Yeah, he could agree this was actually much more comfortable than walking around in his twenty two feet form. Of course, not everyone likes this.
Oh well. Too bad for them. That’s like saying they can’t have sex because it’s no good for the human body. Idiocy at its best. At any rate, Giratina shook off these thoughts and sighed. “What do you want now.” He said, calling out to them.
There was no mistaking it. That immense power given flesh that stood before the glitch. That was a legendary. It was like greatness radiated off of him. Even if Missingno could talk, he would be rendered speechless by the being that stood ahead of him.
Was it natural to feel the urge to bow when something like this happened?
"Who…are you?" Nagisa asks, looking the glitch up and down. "Are you even human?"
Oh boy. There it was. Two questions, one of which he couldn't answer. He just slowly shook his head, unable to do much else to answer her.

The girl backed up slightly, so apparently she wasn;t the only glitch around here, the system was growing more and more flawed, day by day in her mind.

Looking around to try and find an exit her thumb slowly moved towards the button in the center of the capsule.

Sedna nodded once, jerking a thumb at the dumpster. ”Come on then. In you go. You wanna eat you have to get a little dirty aye? I’ll give ya a boost kid.” This was a bit of a boon really, she really did hate climbing in these things herself, shifting for smaller plastic bags and hoping the restaurants hadn’t mice liquids and solids like they did sometimes. ”You have a name kid? Mine’s Sedna.”
He nervously approached her. He didn't really know what those green bins were, but he had seen a fair amount of characters toss white bags into them back when he resided off Cinnabar Island's coast.
He could smell the contents from here, and it wasn't one he really wanted to get close too.
Despite this, he slowly got close to her, despite knowing she wanted him to go into one for some reason.
Why would she get her food from in there? Couldn't she just go get some from a restaurant?

Sedna’s scowl twisted to a skeptical impression. This kid was really grinding her gears, but that gesture was either one of two things. Either the kid was mute which would explain things, or he was hungry. Possibly even both. The girl tapped her foot, almost waiting for him to tell her if her mental guesses were correct before she dropped her arms and sighed. She’s guess hunger then, and chalk his dumb silence to her admittedly terrifying presence.
"Fine, here’s the deal kid. I get first dibs out of this got it? I was here first. You help me find something most edible and I might see my way to sharing with you, got it?"
