Halloween fun time!
I’m really proud of the promo art illustrator Michael M. made for our webcomic “Real Talk Gaming”. It came out real nice. So far, we’ve been trying to pack as many panels as we can onto a single page but I’m starting to think this is not the way to go… hmmm. Playing with size of panels, amount of panels per page, and amount of speech will probably be the goal/experiment for the next comics (which are coming real soon.)
On a lighter note, Halloween was fun. I watched the entire Over the Garden Wall series again. I cannot get enough of that miniseries! Was anyone else disappointed that nothing happened between Wirt and Beatrice? Maybe they’ll dive more into that in the comics, which I need to buy.
Writing a webcomic! 10/25/15
My name is Bryan. I am working and attending grad school right now, but I try to put some time aside to write the webcomic “Real Talk Gaming” because I’ve always wanted to write for comics and cartoons! This webcomic I’ve created with my illustrator friend Michael is really a talking head comic, in the truest sense. I just threw the idea of a vlog and The Colbert Report in a blender and this is what I got. We try to have a new comic every Saturday. Michael was out of commission last week, but we’re getting another one out this Saturday! Here’s hoping we don’t fall on our faces on this one.
