“New Mexico, eh? Don’t think I could muscle my way through that, even if I wanted to. I don’t really remember Seoul getting disgustingly hot very often… the summers were all typhoons, anyway.” Bo smirked, shrugging his shoulders as he pushed himself upright a little more. Setting his drink down on the table in front of them, Bo extended his hand. “Bo Zhao,” he said with a grin. “You have lovely eyes, miss…?”
“Eh, it’s not that bad once you get used to it. I probably spent most of my time inside anyway,” she laughed. “Typhoons must have been tough. I don’t think I’ve ever had to deal with anything like that.” She took a drink of her coffee, feeling much better now that she had her third dose of coffee in her system. She set the drink down on the table. “Thanks. Ross, er, Betty,” she said taking his hand and shaking it.
