holy shit, its bad ass that all of you are scattered everywhere. when did you guys all meet?

Some of us already knew each other, but some of us didn't.

It took a few emails and phone calls but we basically found each other on YouTube.

We tried to get the most talented unsigned musicians we could possibly find for this band and the end product was MISS FORTUNE.

We formed the first week of February. :)

Well how does that work? lol, love the single by the way!

Basically one person in the band will come up with an idea for a song and then they'll record it/tab it out.

Then that person emails it to another person in the band to put their spin on it.

We pretty much repeat that process over and over until we're happy with how it sounds. Re-write and re-write and re-write.

Who produced the single? :p

For all points and purposes, the band wrote/produced the single.

The instrumental and scream vocals were tracked/engineered with See Jay Cochran of Tiger Hart Studios in Cleveland, OK.

Mikey's vocals were recorded with Ryan Harvey of Catharsis Studios in Tulsa, OK.

Tyler recorded his vocals on his own in Buffalo, NY.

After tracking was complete, we sent the song off to be Mixed and Mastered by Joey Sturgis of The Foundation Studios in Connorsville, IN.

Then that mix was sent to Ty Acord, an engineer from Atlantic Records (Los Angeles, CA) who mixed and mastered a newer version of the song (with some updated vocals from Tyler Carter) after the Sturgis mix leaked. 

The song took about 8 months complete.
