2024 is the year I learn how to draw Mobians! I doodled a little before but fell off. Now, however, I have my first ever drawing tablet, so look forward to a bunch of half-finished sketches!

Extrapolating from Scourge’s relationship with Fiona partially being about fucking with Sonic, I’m slightly obsessed with ships where most of Scourge’s motivation for getting involved is “this would inflict so much psychic damage on Blue.”

Obsessed with the way that Scourge views Sonic. Like every indication is that Scourge straight up thinks that Sonic is better than him under ordinary circumstances and he's engaging in this uphill battle to prove himself. Behind all of the cartoon supervillain "world conquest" stuff is a massive inferiority complex towards Sonic, because in a twisted, messed up kind of way, Scourge looks up to him.

You can tell from the Twitter Takeovers that they're aware of the popular fanon interpretation of Shadow the Hedgehog as "dream boyfriend" and are leaning hard into it. Oh, he loves taking care of cats and smells like lavender? He'll just accept a random marriage proposal designed to be open to anyone who's willing to accommodate him without specified gender? They have us eating out of their damn hands.
