    He keeps his eyes on the strange little train-table between them. Journeys like this are stressful for him - his previous social carers would never have let him travel alone, but this one is…different.

        So here he is. Waiting. Trying to make sure he doesn’t get distracted and miss his stop, even though he knows he still has some time to wait. With an intake of breath his head twitches up to look at the woman, just for a moment, before dropping back down. 

     ”Who are—you?”

He expects her to move away. People don’t often know what to do around Peter. His social carer says that it’s normal.
