  Chung Bong-Cha (Moon Geun Young) is a young woman who just got her teacher’s degree and had just arrived in a mysterious small town with the intention of being a high school teacher. However, the town is controlled by the mysterious gangster Choi Chul-Moo (Kim Woo Bin), who is feared and obeyed by the whole town. When Bong-Cha unintentionally saves the fearsome gangster from drowning, she discovers his crippling phobia of water. As Chul-Moo’s life savior and also the holder of his greatest secret, he battles between feeling protective of the young woman or feeling the need to silence her before his secret is revealed. Will his need to remain in control dominate the growing affection he feels for Bong-Cha?
