instead of focusing on what’s out of your possibilities, focus your energy on things you can control:
how you treat yourself and your body
how you react and treat people
how and where you spend your money
where you give your time, attention and energy
the people and environments you surrender yourself with
what you do in your lazy time
how you express yourself and your thoughts
what you consume online
what you commit yourself to
your hobbies and interests

i miss cuddles. detrimental part of breaking up is no cuddles.
it’s okay to cycle through and circle back to different stages of grief. sometimes you think you’ve reached acceptance and then you’re back to depression. it happens. it’s all part of the process.
I think ‘I adore you’ is such a wonderful phrase,, it’s so soft and loving and feels so safe and comforting

surrounding yourself with negative people
overworking and overthinking
not living in the moment
procrastinating
chasing after people who don't deserve you

changing yourself to fit in
