It's been ages since I've read Loveless, but I recently wrote a Loveless!SKK fic for the SKK mixtape, so... here we are.

Even though the spell battles aspect is really only mentioned in the backstory of the fic (where it plays a somewhat bigger role), I still really wanted to draw that visual with them chained together ♥

Also I kinda never really like how I color works, I often feel like I prefer the lineart after... so I tried black/white this time around and I do like it.

Honorable mention of fnaf here, just cause I find it fascinating how complex it has gotten and how the lore has made a whole fandom or individual people despair over the continuity and fight over theories.

Okay, that eerie quality, Chuuya's elevated pose, that hand on Dazai's chin? Gorgeous, really a wonderful art that sets the mood of dark, vengeful god Chuuya. And please, looking at Dazai no one can convince me he's not absolutely devoted already. Look at that expression, that slight smile... just wonderful!

Been very excited to post this! I had so much fun working with @apatheticanvas91305 who wrote the fic, The analytical breakdown of a man-made mind.

Of course Chuuya would be all snarky and look all angry while being in a hospital dress, arguing with Dazai. Love how the lineart is rather subtle and faded in the background, makes it look a bit softer in contrast to Chuuyas strong expression. And love the vibrancy of those colors. Really nice!

I firmly believe Dazai was just teasing Chuuya with that amused grin (you can't hide it behind your hand!) And Chuuya's annoyed glance to the side and crossed arms, that boy is grumpy. Love how Dazai's ears clearly show who his focus is on! Very nice!
