Rest in peace, Haruma Miura. You will be missed. I can't explain how devastated I am to hear the news that you were gone. My teenage self adored you so much even now. I remember the times I used to save pictures of you on my phone and check what you've been up to lately. I love you. Forever and always.

i don’t really know what to say about all this except that i loved haruma very dearly, i grew up watching him and he has been a great comfort to me for 12 years now. i am heartbroken that we have once again lost someone so beautiful and talented to suicide.

Japan as a whole seems shocked and stopped in place as the news broke out that beloved actor, Miura Haruma, was found dead in his home as he had committed suicide. This is so sudden and shocking. We can only hope this terrible incident brings awareness for mental health throughout Japan; as it’s an issue often ignored. I hope everyone will be safe out there. Take care of each other.
