Letâs Talk More About Victor Gutierrez

Anyone following my blog or posts about the MJ allegations knows about Victor Gutierrez, the man behind said allegations.
Victor Gutierrez is a fraud journalist who is also a self admitted NAMBLA attendee. NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association) was infiltrated by the FBI in the mid 80âs, for anyone who would like to know.
Victor Gutierrez wrote a book titled âMichael Jackson was my lover: the secret diary of Jordie Chandlerâ, published in 1996. The Chandler family, including Jordan swore under penalty of perjury that this book was 100% fictional, and that no such diary existed. Yet Jordan and the family never denied knowing Gutierrez, and we know they knew Gutierrez, as Gutierrez sourced Evan Chandler for his book, and also wrote information in said book that only Evan Chandler claimed to know. We know this because Ray Chandler, Evans brother wrote a book as well in 2004 that is almost identical to Gutierrezâs book.
James Safechuck, one of the new accusers of Michael, claimed many things in his lawsuit against the MJ Estate - almost all of his claims come directly from Gutierrezâs book.
Gutierrez claimed that Michael had anally penetrated both Brett Barnes and Jordan Chandler, and is the ONLY person to ever claim this - yet Safechuck claims that this happened to him in his lawsuit.
Gutierrez claimed that Michael and Jordan were a âcoupleâ and had a âhoneymoonâ in his libel book - Safechuck claims he had a honeymoon with Michael.
Gutierrez claims Jordan was jealous of Brett Barnes, yet Safechuck claims in his lawsuit that he was jealous of Brett Barnes.
For decades MJ fans have sent hundreds if not thousands of emails and letters to the MJ estate and legal team, trying to get their attention about the depth of Victor Gutierrez and his involvement in these allegations, and it seems they finally realize what we have known for years.
Jordan Chandler stated in his own deposition that he did NOT own such a diary this kiddie porn book was allegedly based on, yet he not once denied that he knew Gutierrez.
With text such as this in this book, you would assume the Chandler family would deny involvement with such an author âđ» but no, they never did. You would naturally assume that someone who claims to have been sexually abused, would take some sort of action against an author promoting his alleged abuse....
Michael Jackson sued both Victor Gutierrez and Diane Dimond for libel and slander, and won. He was awarded 2.7 million in damages, and all copies of this book were confiscated by the police as the court demanded they do. đđ»
In order for you to win a defamation case, you must prove malice, which Michael did. The sources of Gutierrez were the Chandler family, Michaelâs ex maid Blanca Francia whom he had fired years prior for theft, multiple other employees Michael had fired who later went on to make allegations against him, and multiple media reporters who had ties to Tom Sneddon, the man leading the prosecution against Michael. These employees sold many stories to the tabloids for hundreds of thousands of dollars, as well.
James Safechuck and Wade Robson have or had ties to Diane Dimond and Stacy Brown, reporters who have connections to Gutierrez...
Gutierrez also approached Joy Robson in the 90âs, wades mother. She reported him to Michaelâs security, as she felt Gutierrez was stalking Michaelâs home. Gutierrez also had an obsession with Brett Barnes.
You can clearly see in this drawing, created by Evan Chandler and Ray Chandler, that they use stories from Gutierrez, though his book at the time of this drawing had not been published. Of course, the connection exists because Gutierrez was working with the Chandlerâs the entire time to create the sexual abuse hoax.
With words like âmy theoryâ and âbe selectiveâ, it becomes pretty obvious. There are multiple things written about Brett here, most illegible but what I can make out is truly disturbing. âBrettâs so cute heâs like a little cat (illegible) exam of Brettâ âVaseline on Brettâs ass (illegible) bleeds when (illegible)â âBrett uncircumcised (illegible) masturbates (illegible)â âMike - circumcisedâ dated 10/24/1993....
We know that the description of Michaelâs genitalia that Gutierrez and the Chandlerâs created is incorrect. Michael was uncircumcised. We know this not only because his autopsy report stated such, but because after the strip search, there was no arrest. The prosecution in 1994 actually brought Katherine in for questioning, Michaelâs mother, to ask her if Michael had had PLASTIC SURGERY to change the appearance of his dick. Yes, they asked this.
Detractors will often state that Jordan simply âmistookâ the fact Michael was uncircumcised, and lord forgive me... but Iâm about to have to talk about Michael Jacksonâs dick đ©đ Michael, if youâre listening, I am sorry lmfao but it has to be done. First of all, it is impossible to mistake a circumcised penis for an uncircumcised penis, regardless of how short foreskin is. Second of all, Jordan claimed he had jerked Michael off at least ten times, yet when asked was completely unaware that an uncircumcised penis would create a gliding motion when being jerked lmfao. There is no possible way that Jordan was simply confused about his description that he gave police that he was FED by Gutierrez and Evan Chandler. He had no idea about what an uncircumcised penis looked like or what it looked like to jerk one because none of this ever happened and he never saw Michaelâs dick. Sorry, Michael. Moving on from this brief discussion. The more you know, right?
We know that Dan Reed, director of Leaving Neverland that stars Wade Robson and James Safechuck 1) didnât do any research 2) his stars have connections to Gutierrez 3) their claims come directly from Gutierrezâs book that Michael sued over libel and won 4) this documentary promotes pedophilia and is being used by NAMBLA attendees 5) this documentary was promoted by Oprah Winfrey to distract the public from Harvey Weinsteins criminal cases at the time, to which he was found guilty 6) Oprah is a friend of Harvey Weinstein
All a coincidence? Yeah, I donât think so.
