It's Christmas once again with Class 3-A, your last Christmas before becoming full-fledged heroes. This was your final year which meant this had to be the best party ever, according to Mina and Hagakure.
The tree was decorated with ornaments, lights, and tinsel. The star at the top of the… is that Mineta?!
Any who yeah the common room, decorated to the brim with pictures of the class and other Christmas decorations.
There you all were scattered in the common room sharing laughs and memories, even Bakugo was out, sharing the Christmas spirit. The theme this year was ‘Go Beyond, Plus Ultra’, which you will admit was corny, but it grew on you.
You all decided to dress in your best outfits, forgoing the Christmas getups you wore for the last 2 years. You happened to be matching with Todoroki, which you both were excited for.
He had asked you out 2 weeks ago, while not officially together he was hoping to get the courage to pop the question tonight, well at least he thought he would.
The first time he tried asking, it ended up with you being dragged away by the girls…
You both were sitting on the couch listening to Iida recalling his recent mission with his mentor. Your head on Todoroki’s shoulder as you play with his hands, something you recently started doing when you were together. After the story was over Iida excused himself to get a drink.
This was the perfect moment he thought. He opened his mouth, grabbing your attention, “I wanted to ask you something.” He intertwined his hands with yours. “Do you mind going somewhere more private with me?”
Of course you agreed with him. As you both began to move from the couch, Ashido appeared.
“Todoroki, do you mind if we steal her for a bit? It's a girl thing.”
“Of course, I don’t mind.” He reluctantly said it sounded important, he didn’t want to keep you away.
“Are you sure?” You asked, he nodded and gave a small smile.
“I’ll be back as soon as possible, then we can talk.” Being dragged away to the bathroom apparently. The so-called important thing was taking pictures in the bathroom with the girls, then the actual emergency began when the beads from Hagakure’s bracelet decided to break free and scatter, leaving all of you to collect them as they rolled away.
After that whole event, the party officially began. This year Eri got the chance to play DJ, with Jiro’s guidance of course. Party games began and this time you all managed to convince Mr. Aizawa to join in.
Before proceeding with the White Elephant it was decided to have a little break from all the excitement. Finally another chance, is what he was thinking until that chance was gone.
Apparently the boys were having arms wrestling matches and apparently all the boys had to participate. He didn’t even get a chance to talk to you and by the time you did
YOU WEREN’T EVEN THERE.
Uraraka told him that the underclassmen that you had taken under your wing had asked for you. At this point he might as well wait for New Years.
Taking a deep breath he decided to go outside and wait for you. As frustrated as he wanted to at least greet you when you came back. When you arrived the first thing you did was take off your coat and place it on Todoroki’s shoulders, while he brooded he failed to realize he didn’t even bring a coat outside with him.
“What are you doing outside, it's freezing. If you’re going to wait for me, the least you can do is wear a jacket or something. I don’t care if half of your quirk warms you up, you're still human.”
All he could do was look at you in awe. You were trying to rub his arms in an attempt to warm him up, rambling that he was going to get sick because of this ‘act of carelessness’, you called it.
“I’m sorry.” He looked down, “You shouldn’t have to worry about me, but you do anyway.”
“Well, yeah it's my job, I’m your- your...” What were you supposed to say, he technically hasn’t asked you yet.
“I would like to be your girlfriend.”
Pause.
His face began going red, he realized as soon as those words came out of his mouth.
You didn’t know whether to laugh and let him stew in his embarrassment longer or to just do something other than the first option.
“Yes.”
“What?”
“I would like to be your girlfriend and would like for you to be my boyfriend. That’s what you were trying to say, right?” You were hoping you were right, if not then it's time to move to a new country.
“Really?” Did this actually work, he fumbled so hard and managed to, somehow, get you to say yes.
“Really.” You held his hands, they were colder than normal, even his warmer side was cold. How long had he been waiting for you?
He smiled at the thought of his girlfriend caring so deeply for him, that was until-
“So, boyfriend can we head inside now I’m getting cold.” You shivered.
“Right, let’s go.” Guess the 3rd time the charm does work, apparently.

Eyes popped open, a gasp leaving your lips as you jumped out of your bed planting your feet down on your soft rug. Looking at your surroundings, recognizing the room around you. Dreams, memories almost, were hazy, you were a student at UA High, a hero student no less. You were a boy with a strong explosion quirk, it was a pretty cool experience.
As you began getting ready for school the door opens, standing there is your little sister, Himari.
“Glad to see you’re not yelling anymore,” you turn to look at her.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean that when I went to call you for breakfast, you were busy yelling and cursing up a storm and kicked me out of your room,” she sassed.
“I-I DID!?” she nodded and proceeded to leave the room reminding me once again about breakfast. Trying to process the situation you sat back on your bed, frozen.
"Oh fu-"
The day goes by and you are having lunch with your friends.
“So like, what was your deal yesterday?” Miyamizu questioned.
“Yeah you were acting crazy, yelling and calling us extras.” Tachibana followed, never failing to get straight to the point.
“And not to mention your quirk was out of control, you kinda flooded the whole school and we had to get dismissed early.” Miyamizu said, looking down avoiding your gaze, hoping you didn’t blow up at her again.
“WHAT!!!” the entire cafeteria turned to look at where you and your friends were seated. Quickly sitting down to avoid the attention placed on you.
A student you recognized from class greeted and thanked you for canceling class as you were supposed to have a math quiz yesterday. Then another came to thank you, then another, and another. You couldn’t wait for lunch to end and maybe then you can erase yourself from existence.
As your class begins you take out your notebook opening to a fresh page when you see frantically spread out but neat writing with many questions. Maybe it wasn’t a dream, you thought. One question stuck out in particular to you:
Who are you?
Written right in the middle of the page.
You turned the page to see if anything else was written on there but nothing. So the rest of the day went on as normal, until two days later when you would switch again.

Eyes popped open, a gasp leaving his lips as he jumped out of his bed planting his feet down on his carpet. Looking at his surroundings, recognizing the room around him. Dreams, memories almost, were hazy. He brushed it off as he got ready for school, opening the door to find Kirishima waiting for him.
“What are you doing here Shitty Hair?” He frowned wondering why his friend, not that he would ever say it, was at his door.
“Well you were acting weird yesterday, you were all smiley and bouncy, you were kinda freaking us all out, you didn’t even yell once. You got knocked out sparring with Todoroki, it was bad.” He said, trying to ignore Bakugo’s seething face.
“I what?” Bakugo slowly said, clenching his fist.
“Yeahhh so, I'm gonna go now, see you down stairs.” The red head quickly turned to the elevators to avoid hearing the ticking time bomb explode. And explode he did, Heights Alliance shook as he screamed with smoke coming out from his hands.
The rest of the day was normal besides the occasional teasing from Sparky and Raccoon Eyes during lunch, which of course he shut down quickly. Ending the day at the gym, before heading to his dorm. Cleaning up his desk and packing his finished homework he noticed a sheet of paper detailing yesterday’s events.
How had he not seen this earlier. Maybe it wasn’t a dream, he thought.
Quickly reading it before going to bed, ready for a long day of patrol with Best Jeanist tomorrow. Until two days later when you would switch again.

its like 1:25 am rn, for me at least, so like good morning, afternoon or night where ever you live
Those eyes, tired, filled with years of experience. That stupid smile that always seems to brighten anyone’s day. She looks different, a good different, I can’t tell why. I haven’t seen her since that war ended yet somehow, always there when I need it. When was the last time I felt this way? Since I felt so drawn to her?
Maybe it was when she first walked into class, everything seemed to be in slow motion as she walked in through that door sitting right next to me. Her constantly trying to talk to me, even when I would shut her down, like we’ve known each other for years. Always participating in class, even when she got the answer wrong. Helping those around her, even if she didn’t understand the lesson herself.
Was it the first training session, how well she communicated and commanded her group defeating the hero team. The USJ attack? When she handled those villains with ease, leaving without any marks. Yet, she still checked on our classmates to make sure they were safe. What about the sports festival, never giving up until she was knocked out by Icy-hot. During the Quirk Apprehension Test, she managed to get Dunce Face and Raccoon Eyes away from the rat using her quirk and led them to victory.
The training camp, where she broke my heart. “I’m sorry” were her final words. Was she a hero or a villain, saving me, giving me time to escape with the help of our my classmates, all while feeding information to the enemy, before she sacrificed her life for mine. At least that’s what I thought, no one questioned when I mentioned she was the traitor, when her body was never found, it was almost like she was erased from existence. The teachers acted as if there was no student by the name of Y/n L/n, the class had questions and so did I, no one would give us answers.
When we chased Deku, when I apologized, she was there. “Deku, did you manage to calm the situation? You never answered your radio.” pulling her mask down revealing her identity. Of course the entire class was shocked, she died on national television. “Yeah,” he let out a tired smile, “I had some help.” She looked at all of us patting his shoulder, looking at us as if we were strangers. How did that damn Deku become so close to her?
“I’m going back to UA” he told her “That’s fine I have business there anyways” She should’ve never come back, walking into UA with Deku as if nothing ever happened. It turns out, she was the one who helped him leave, she was the one who protected him when he left. She knew about his One for All from the beginning, but we didn’t hear this from her. It was Deku Izuku, who told us this the next day. It was her job to infiltrate the LOV and come into UA as their lackey, but they “killed” her when they found no use in her. She was the traitor for helping me escape and…
she paid for it.
Her job was done, she didn’t need to play school anymore, she was “dead”.
Sure, Invisible girl may have found out Sparkles was the traitor, but L/n had been tracking him since she got back. We didn’t get the rest of her story until they had apprehended the whole family. Everyone forgave her of course, but I couldn’t, I felt used, did our relationship mean nothing. I kept letting her in little by little and now that she’s back I don’t know what to feel but betrayed, no one to talk to after blaming myself for All Might, for her. We weren’t dating by any means, but I trusted her and now I don’t know if I can again.
When the war began, I had no idea where she was placed, but I couldn’t help but think of her. In my last moments I was wishing for a second chance, wishing to catch up to Izuku and make up for lost time with her. I didn’t get either wish, I lived, we won. Deku lost One for All and she disappeared again.
Here I am now 28, constantly rivaling Izuku for the number 1 spot and there she is right in front of me.
some people think writers are so eloquent and good with words, but the reality is that we can sit there with our fingers on the keyboard going, “what’s the word for non-sunlight lighting? Like, fake lighting?” and for ten minutes, all our brain will supply is “unofficial”, and we know that’s not the right word, but it’s the only word we can come up with…until finally it’s like our face got smashed into a brick wall and we remember the word we want is “artificial”.
Lowkey I started getting burnt out by like day 3/4 and took advice from my pookie to take a small break. 😬 Its the 31st so technically Flufftober is over lol ig I'll just have to try again next year 😔. I did have a prompt to write for everyday but I just kinda forgot. So Happy Halloween even though its like 11:30
