Soooo, nobody asked me but, I've just finished "A Court of Silver Flames" (a little late, I know) but I have a HUGEEEE book hangover and I need to express my favorite and not so favorite things about it, since I have no one to discuss it...

1. I love Nessian more than Feysand, maybe because I am a sucker for the enemies to lovers trope...

2. I loved how Sarah dealt with Nesta's PTSD, I think it was very real and made Nesta more sympathetic. We finally understand why she is like that with everyone around her.

3. Cassian is my new standard for men, I want a man who is as kind, generous and sexually obsessed with me as Cassian is with Nesta.

4. Despite beign a AzrielxElain stan, I think it would be a cliché that the 3 Archeron sisters end up with the 3 bat brothers... (don't hate me)

5. I missed Mor a lot, since she barely showed up in the book

6. Cassian taking dance lessons with Mor, so he can dance with his dear Nesta 😍(HE IS THE NEW STANDARD FOR MEN!!!!)

7. Nesta, Gwyn and Emerie are my new Best Friend Squad goals

8. Looooved Emerie and Gwyn snickering with Nesta about Cassian and he beign fully aware of it

9. Nesta saying "I love you" to Feyre

10. Amren saying "You fools. You idealistic romantic fools" to Feyre and Rhys when they find out about the bargain 🤣🤣🤣

11. Azriel walking in Nesta and Cassian in their steamy moment in the dinning room

12. The House and Nesta's relationship, honestly I want a House like that... It gives you food, books and everything you want by only asking it

13. I honestly didn't liked the villain set up, and I have noticed this from Sarah, she has a problem with writting good villans, because Briallyn was defeated soooo easily, I never through out the book never felt her like a threat, maybe it was just a way to introduce Koschei who is the real threat but... Briallyn was just boring

The pain of the friendzone

I love when I'm with him , he makes me laugh and forget all my troubles. Time flies when we talk and everything is brighter.

But at the end the pain creeps up over again. The pain of knowing that to me he is the sun and stars of my world. He is the rock in my life. Without him I wouldn't even be here. He makes the bad thoughts go away and gives me meaning and to him I'll only be the unconditional friend, the one he talks to when he has problems with his girlfriend. I'll always the confidant. The best friend.

He cares for me. Of course he does. He would rip the world apart if someone hurt me and maybe that's the problem, because I would not only rip the world apart if someone hurt him I would build a whole new world for him where none would dare hurt his kind soul.

I love him too much and he only loves me.
