I am an unfit inactive office worker. I thought of jumping into a gym routine, serious diet and decent dosage. I figured half measures are 50% failure. So I go to buy fat calipers - none in stock. OK, I need some gloves to protect my delicate little hands. Nope, none in stock for four weeks. I leave. Driving away from the stores I figure two things: 1) my brother in law has the sort of physique I want. He has two kids, studies and works far more hours than I do. He doesn't go to the gym; he runs, does push ups etc. 2) I don't have the money for protein powders, gym membership, calipers, gloves and so on. So my exercise will be running, push ups, kettle bell, prisoner workout type stuff. My cycle will be one pill (6.66mg) per day. Personally, if I was going the body building route I would be using two pills per day as I believe this is a sweet spot. Financially, that works for me. One bottle gives me a three month cycle. The main ostarine study to date lasted three months, and 3mg a day gave inactive seniors 1.5kg more lean mass. I figure a younger dude actively exercising and taking just over twice that dosage can expect 3kg of lean mass gain. So, yes, this is a life style cycle. I don't mind admitting that. I am not looking to set the world on fire or win Mr Universe. I just want to lose the man boobs and pot gut, maybe one day (cycle two from my second bottle perhaps) even get a six pack.
