(sry 4 Engrish again) Hi hs, recently I read the English translation of Akatsuki no Requiem, and I noticed this one particular part: "Dawn and dusk are, embracing the same lonely colours." (start of verse2). And immediately remember your edit EH picture lol. And (if im not mistaken) "dawn" was sung at right side and "dusk" was sung at left side. Haha my EH shipper heart doesn't think it was a coincidence.

As you may have read a lot of metas about the meaning of this, I’ll skip it. :-)

Season 2 ED - Yuugure no Tori (夕暮れの鳥 - The Bird at Dusk)

Isayama said this scene is not the Dusk, but the Dawn. So, the title is “the bird at Dusk”, but lyrics and drawings describe the Dawn. And guess what, this ED begins with Earth Devil and Ymir Fritz (Krista according to Frieda).

Guren no Yumiya (紅蓮の弓矢) - song of Eren:

It’s kinda sad to me when we connect lyrics of two songs. From my understanding, Eren carries the death of the enemies and his to Dusk and then Historia sings a requiem (for him) at the Dawn.

Of course, “Dusk and Dawn embrace the same lonely color” because they’re separated…

Bonus: they were the birds in cage, and then they decided to become the wings of freedom.

So, according to their logic, we would have this conversation:

“I need you to fuck someone and get pregnant to prolong my brother’s life, Historia. This is all for Eldians’ future, I’ll do everything to achieve my goal.”

“Eren, you should let me become Beast Titan and breeding machine, I care for you and don’t want to be a burden to you. (;_;)”

“Eh? Okay, thank you for your concern! So we just need to follow my brother’s original plan and I won’t have to attack Marley.”

What a beautiful character development for these two. 🙄👌
