Parallel Shells is a Minimal Trad unit by Makoto Shibayama and Sachiko Shibayama. They play violin and woodwind flutes, playing folk music of unknown unspecified times.

The theme of this album is "Stonepit" and includes 11 songs crossing Polka / Egyptian / Variations / Gypsies such as M4 "Aly Bain" / M7 "Calcite Valley" who invited Ritsuko Mano (maiwai) to guest vocals. Artwork by Takahiro Murahashi resonates with the work as "the existence of absence" and quietly cuddles.
