#RECIPE from Model and Health coach @emilyrosev 💜 Pancakes packed with good fats, fibre, and antioxidants 🙏 --- Red eye cure 😑😑😑 Blueberry Cashew Flax Pancakes (Dairy free and GF optional) 11/2 cups whole wheat (or GF) flour 1/2 cup cashew meil 1/2 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp vanilla extract 2tsp baking powder 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 cup almond or soy milk 1 cup local frozen blueberries Mix everything together and heat a little coconut oil over low heat, then spoon into pan desired size, they're thicker then most pancakes so try and flatten out after spooning onto pan.
