K but it is kind of sad to me that Animal Collective and Panda Bear are associated with pretentious and rude hipsters because the music itself is actually about being super humble and enjoying the simple things in life. Like Animal Collective and Panda Bear, especially Panda Bear’s solo stuff like Person Pitch, are all like unironically really fucking good and actually super heartwarming. Panda Bear sings about how ridiculous musical pretentiousness is multiple times.
