It was one of my toughest builds to date, but I finally did it. I made a Hera pistol conversion. It has full electronic lock removal, 3 3.7V INR batteries and has been minimized. Listening to the scream of the flywheels is quite satisfying.

I have finally managed to get my retaliator build working. It is using multiple working mod kits for a better plunger, metal bolt, and a half dart pusher breach. In practice with some obsolete 3D printer parts it had far better range than anyone else on my HvZ club's blasters.
And I have now figured out how to paint a retaliator clear! I did a retalicon conversion for one of my friends that included full lock removal. It is the shell of a recon with the internals of a retaliator. The build was surprisingly straight forward, it needed a custom back plate to hold the spring but allow the plunger to go through, and a little bit of shell removal.
This is my Nerf maverick “Dead Ringer.” It has an improved spring, removed ARs, improved catch spring and a drop out cylinder. The name is because the spring it actually rings when it fires.
This is my new magnus masterkey: “Tank Bane”. It was made using an old recon barrel, a magnus and some scrap aluminum.
