wanted to make a pinned post for general things so this is a pinned post for.. general things. words are hard.

hi! you can call me mog. This used to be a blog to store things I reblogged but I started making things on my own and began posting them here so I gave up on that and stuck with likes instead. I'd change the name but it would break links in reblogs and I personally hate that. So I kept it.

I am WCIF friendly! So ask away!

You can request something but I can't make any promises! (though I'll probably try anyway)

I don't have a TOU. I make things with the benefit of other people's experience so why would I restrict that on my own? Use it, claim it as your own, make it better! I don't care. You can tag me if you want though, I'd love to see it!

I do my best to give credit to anyone who's stuff I use but if I miss something and you notice, do let me know! It's not malice, I'm just incredibly absent-minded.

did some recolours of a handful of 4t2 conversions that linacherie did here :)

cutting boards in cluedo woods (no blue.. felt weird to have blue cutting boards, idk)

two canister meshes with patterns that hopefully work well together (and for some reason are often orange?)

and a couple extra wicker-type recolours for the orange bowl. options? all in one zip, seperated by folders. download (meshes included, thanks!)

alright, guess I'll get this started I've sorted the minions into folders to make previews easier and I'm sure they'll be less coherent over time lol. First up is.. Aquatic type minions! That is.. stuff that lives in or near water, or is based on water or is a water-living menace (Ultros) I hesitated to split Castaway Chick from his birb siblings but I think he suits this too? 17 FF14 minions converted as deco objects for the Sims 2. They are low poly (never really over 2k and often under 1k) with texture maps under 512. They are all recolourable if you wanted to do that though some of the maps can be... fun. :P everything has unique GUIDs though I can't promise something won't conflict with people who have way more substantial DL folders than I. ^^; they all come with flavour text from the game and can be found in Kids/Misc

I named the swatch in case you aren't familiar with the creatures!

download all credits to Square Enix for textures and models.. all I've done is poke at em to make them usable for Sims 2. :3 thank you for looking. <3

couldn't decide which preview I preferred so you get both (make a decision?? ._.) I made ten retexture/recolours of linacherie's conversion of max20's comfy sofa. :) it's a cute sofa! 6 Pokemon inspired, 3 Freezer Bunny using those simnetwork patterns again and one... East-Asian-ish?

seriously don't you just love it when every Sim crowds into one room and they all start whining about pathing issues? to the point where you have to move_objects half of them out? :D for like a whole sim hour two of those cats were yelling because neither could jump up on the chair that the THIRD CAT IN THE ROOM WAS SITTING ON :D 10/10 would yell at my virtual beings again

tiny little upload that won't really fit anywhere else.. I did a simple edit of MDP's Military Jacket conversion. I just edited out the little bits on the collar and chest and adjusted the zipper colour. And I can never not do all ages so there's a repo copy of TM and EM thanks to DeeDee and a standalone copy for CU on devotedlyghostlyenemy's mesh. it's just the black texture. download

Uldum is the best Maxis rug, don't @ me! nathieke turned me onto a way of swatching stuff I hadn't thought before and although I had to extract the images for this set it will be very handy in the future. woo. \^_^/ So yeah, 50 more Uldum rug recolours.. sourced from all over the place, honestly. threadless, spoonflower, Jessica Roux, some Japanese fabric stores on Etsy... someone's fanart of the Sleep Token logo. Random Pokemon art off pinterest I couldn't source. Random stuff that's just been chilling with some indecipherable name on my hard drive.

still on my thing of retexturing/colouring custom meshes.. so many things, so little motivation/energy for proper picture taking.. >_> tbh this is as close as I come to playing the game these days anyway ¯_(ツ)_/¯ the idea of taking 68 rug recolour pictures makes me wanna yeet myself into the sun ngl

a bunch of bathroom related recolours .. take two I just wanted some fun options to decorate with because everything I had was getting a little stale :D so I recoloured three 4t2 meshes and one towel mesh from OFB.

Softy Brand Tissues converted by tombstoneoflifeanddeath in a handful of random patterns, a freezer bunny and a chocobo for some reason.

and from the same conversion set as above the Ceramic Soap Dispenser with patterns and a different pump colour based on.. vibes? I dunno. The texture map is tiny so these look pretty blurry up close. So be mindful of those extreme hand soap close ups.

no really that's the name.. converted by LordCrumps here. I tried to make them look like those hand-poured soaps all over Etsy and craft fairs, etc. only one dish recolour which is the white one there. you may need LC's shadow file for this one if you don't have it.

and the towel mesh from OFB. Mostly stripey. Towels seem to be overwhelmingly stripey. mirror isn't included unless somebody other than me really wants random shots of my alien lol download (all in one zip, seperated folders) meshes are included with my thanks, patterns from spoonflower the freezer bunny from ts4 and the chocobo is from some LINE stickers, I think.
