How long does an application take approximately to be accepted or rejected ?

It depends on the volume of submissions currently in our inbox. Our community votes on applications to determine which ones we accept, and we post the applications for voting in the order that they are received. I can tell you that currently, we do have several in the queue, so it likely won’t be right away. However, you will get a message whether you get in or not. We don’t want to leave anyone hanging!

//its possible to process apps within 1-2 days because we’ve done it with every app recieved Some people I’ve spoken to have waited almost a month for their app to even be voted on, and then it sits in speaks voting channel for a few days before anything is ever done.  Sure, they’ll dm you if you are accepted or rejected but they won't let you know they’ve received it. Honestly, even before the sudden rush of apps they took forever because no one kept up with it. Hell, members would have to REMIND mods to do something with apps like yall don't got carl-bot over there? Just do the !rm command its easy

Hey, aren’t apps supposed to be anonymous? You know, we knew when we were in speaks our friends were sending apps and we didn’t name drop and REALLY you aren't supposed to but I guess the rules don’t apply to people you like, huh? Especially knowing all the bullshit admins have let slide it seems like it doesn’t matter what you do, as long as they like you you can break rules. What a shame really. You think that’s fair to the other applicant?

orisa is actually back

I know who runs the Orisa blog and like, I don’t have anything against them at all but like I know they’ve been kicked from servers for inactivity but are active in other places almost daily.I don’t know how many times and how many people can ask you to do activity checks and go through with them before you make an attempt to do them and follow through. Do you not have a to do list channel in speaks?? Is there like no organization what so ever?

im laughing because ive literally never seen a group have as many problems as they do, but I’m the problem

Speaks just doesn’t want to admit they failed when it came to your strikes.  The new probation period is basically the same thing they gave you except the people going in know about it. Hey Speaks, do you know we are still getting screenshots and people are still talking shit about you? People who are nice to your faces in your own server are coming to us and telling us everything you’re doing. What are you gonna’ do? Close the vent channels again?

How is it possible someone who hasn’t posted on their blog in SEVEN MONTHS is allowed to still be in the group? Hell, I even told a mod when I was there AND offered to show screenshots as proof of her being active in other servers and she’s still there? You know, Meowdy (which yall should join if you want I’m an admin and we’ve gotten a handful of people from all this drama and it’s great in there) has ROUGHLY the same amount of people in there, give or take a few (Your former members don’t count, sorry. They’re there for chatting and hanging out so any modding activities don’t bother them) And we do activity checks every 15 days. We just kicked someone last check for failing it. It’s not hard and takes at the MOST thirty minutes. We also only have three admins and we still manage to get it done.

“But what if admins are busy?” It’s not that hard, I could do it by myself and so could any of the other admins.  Also apps are processed within 24 AND we let you know we received them, another thing I suggested to the mods. join @meowdydiscord here

Hey, all! As of today, we are implementing a probation period for any new members. During this time (two months), the strike system will not apply and admins reserve the right to kick the member if we feel it's necessary. Things that will result in a kick include but are not limited to: harassment, needlessly starting drama, spreading rumors inside or outside the group, and leaking members' personal information. If the incident is minor, we may choose to award a strike instead. Additionally, we want to remind everyone that although applications are voted on by the group, the admin team may decide to veto before that point. Moira lingered for a second or two before she used the only set of limbs she had free, attempting to swing her leg up and shove her heel in the dopplegangers stomach.

The doppleganger’s attempt to plant her heel in her stomach fell short; the close proximity and equal height assuring her failure. Moira pulls the other away from the wall, swinging her around and onto the floor where she straddled her clone, her own hands still white knuckling around thin wrists.
