Of course, if you don't pick this first, she'll pick whichever mushy food she wants, and you'll only get milkies when she decides you get them~! Speech Restriction: A personal favourite of your mommy, if you choose this one first, she'll hold back as a token of her gratitude~ Your vocabulary will still be widely changed, and restricted through mental conditioning, however she'll add a trigger that turns off your restrictions if you're being good, so you can still chat with her ever so often~! If you don't pick this one first, she'll go right ahead and fulfill her wildest dreams, restricting overwhelmingly high amounts of your vocabulary, swapping out words for more baby-ish versions, like "baba" instead of "bottle"~ She'll also add a trigger that just turns off your ability to speak normally~! I hope you like babbling, because when that trigger is activated, that's all you'll be doing~ Haircut and Cosmetics: While this isn't necessarily a single operation, your mommy still put it up as an option anyway~ If you choose this, while your hair will still be shaved off to grow into a new style, she'll let you pick your new hair colour and a hairstyle to go with it~! You're not limited to natural hair colours as well, and she'll keep your hair as close as possible to your chosen hairstyle as possible~! If you don't pick this however, your mommy will instead pick for you~! I hope you like wild and wacky hair colours and babyish hairstyles, because that's all you'll be getting~! Mobility Restrictions: One of the most far reaching modifications you'll be getting, if you choose this first, your mommy will be very pleased with you~! She'll opt to have the surgery leave you at just enough mobility to toddle (though, you'll find yourself quickly exhausted without a baby walker~), and she'll leave your fine motor skills untouched for the most part~ If you leave this for later however, your mommy will choose to go all in~ She'll leave you with only enough mobility to slowly crawl, and you'll quickly become exhausted if you try to crawl long distances~ Looks like it'll be tummy time for you now~! Additionally, you can also say goodbye to your fine motor skills as well~ Bladder and Bowel Numbing: The big one; no matter if you pick this first, you'll be stuck at the same level - completely incontinent, dribbling piss and helplessly messing your thick diapers~ So, your mommy has prepared a different reward for you if you pick this one first: If you pick this one first, your mommy will allow you to pick the prints you want on new packs of diapers, and she'll even make sure to change you whenever you ask her to~! (Of course, this privilege can be taken away if you abuse it too much, you'll still have to fill your diapers, after all~!) If you leave this for later, your mommy will add a third function to the list of incontinence: your ability to cum~!
