Molliarty headcanon:

At the end of a tough day, Jim likes to unwind by flopping on the sofa and resting his head in Molly’s lap or on her shoulder & just let her play with his hair or trace patterns in his back. He feels safe to not be forever on guard in front of her. Molly doesn’t mind consoling her consulting criminal boyfriend when he needs to unwind and feel safe and free for once.
