I was experimenting with using actors as models Lee Pace as Wednesday and Evan Rachel Wood as Georgie Drawing practice or a complex excuse to rewatch Pushing Daisies? We may never know Sorry everything I post is crappy phone pictures :(

Mack requested more PacRim!Au, and of course I deliver. Wednesday chases the rabbit in their first drift practice in Falcon Terror, and Georgie has to fight to make sure he's not blamed for it. War is not a time to turn on each other, and even when they're under pressure the way they are to get Jaegers battle-ready, she still won't stand there and let them yell at her boy. No way. Falcon Terror is their baby. She helped Wednesday finally communicate, for the first time, with Georgie, and they connect deeply with her. The technicians say that when the pilots are elsewhere, Falcon still moves with them, twitching her fingers or joints as they move. Such a deep pilot/pilot/Jaeger connection isn't that common, and the higher-ups would be fools to waste that.

Crappy pic of Wens and Gee sparring in the Kwoon... maybe their qualifying fight when they're trying to get to be pilots... Their strong neural handshake makes them able to drift during fights, so they can almost communicate on the floor

I did it, I dove into AU territory.

Georgie and Wens as Jaeger pilots. They have one of the strongest neural handshakes the academy has ever seen, despite Wednesday being a mute from birth.

Their Jaeger is named Falcon Terror and has a kill record of 5 Kaiju in its three-year history. They’re based out of the San Francisco Shatterdome, where Chandra is the chief LOCCENT operator.

They met during the first Kaiju attack in 2013, when Georgie saved Wednesday (who was homeless at the time) from being crushed under a car. When Gee entered the academy to avenge her family, who were killed in the attack, Wens followed her. Their connection was obvious to their superiors, who groomed them to be Rangers as the first of the Mark IIIs were rolling out.

Their connection became even stronger with their first Drift, with Wednesday finally able to communicate without the ability to speak.
