The last time I did journaling was 2 decades ago. 😂 Then last year I bought a planner from BelledeJour just to help me organize my time. Then when I received my BDJ mystery box, I was so surprised to see acrylic paint, paintbrush, stamps, sharpie marker, and stickers. 🤩 So, I opened my planner and read through their messages and instructions on how to go about their planner. I found out that they have a community for people who use BDJPlanner on FB and they do web interactions with games and all. So I joined their group and much to my surprise they encourage their users to do journaling, may it be through art, poetry, or both. Other members even post their journals on the group and it gave me an idea. It inspired me to do journaling myself. 😄 I felt so happy to be part of this community. I've never felt so happy and at peace for such a long time. Journaling gave me a sense of stillness, it is like therapy to me. 🥰 I found my footing again.
