This is a health and fitness blog. I am 23 years old and happily married. My son Phoenix is six months old. Life is hard when you feel like a kid but you are an adult. So I am on a mission to enjoy life, balance all those adult things with having fun, and be the person and mommy I want to be!

How was your Mother's Day? Mine was nice. My hubby gifted me with pretty flowers and we got to see both my mom and my mother in law! My hubs cooked me dinner today. It consisted of asparagus, zucchini and tomatoes. Boy it was yummy! I hope you all had great weekendss

Stuffed breakfast mushrooms. So yummy! 100% paleo.

Cut stems off of mushrooms Sautee sausage mushroom stems garlic and onion in coconut oil. Arrange mushroom caps on baking sheet When sausage mixture is cooked scoop into mushroom caps. Mix eggs separate. Pour egg mixture into mushroom caps filling the empty spaces. Cook at 400 for 30 minutes
