Let the migraine ring
Day three of sugar withdrawal. I woke up with a banging migraine. The pain is shooting up the right side of my face. This is always how my migraines come, it is the difference between a migraine and a regular headache. I hope all those sugary treats were worth it, that is what my migraine is saying. 12/3/24 Sugar withdrawal is real. Life has been a cluster. On 11/24/24 I started eating more sugar than I have been eating since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in June. I keep saying progress not perfection and starting each day with my healthier breakfast. As the day goes on I keep sliding, eating snacks I havenāt been eating.
