And there I was, lying on the beach, staring at the stars, clouds dancing on the sky.

Meditating is observing your thoughts, not shutting them. Think of it as your monkey mind, who won’t stop talking, say hello to it and give it some work to do to keep it busy, like paying attention to the breath. It works for me.

Did you know that turnips were used for lanterns instead of pumkins? This little ghost with its human mask - costume wanders the streets once a year with its old carved turnip lantern.

Breathe in, breathe out. Change your perspective, smile. Open your heart, Namaste.

Así, nuestro oso había aprendido por si mismo a leer, con la ayuda de su amigo Búho. ¡Búho era sabio como lo son todos los búhos! Oso y Búho se sentaban a los pies de un árbol, a pasar las cálidas tardes de otoño leyendo.”
