I hate it too ffff. And I hate seeing people like you too that get encouraged into leaving cause someone gets uptight about the things you do. Your art man. You do as you please with it and if anyone gets uppity about it you tell them “Please stop telling me what I should/shouldn’t do with my own work. If you dislike it so much, go find the original image yourself, and base it. Do it yourself. Because it is not like I am doing this to INSULT you or make you feel awful. It’s my own personal reasons and choice. Not yours or anyone elses”

"Children will take influence from these pokemon and get the wrong idea about gender roles!" That’s why you teach children yourselves. That is literally the argument of ‘I can’t show my child a pride of lions because they’ll get the wrong idea about gender roles’. You don’t fucking let one species of pokemon teach your child. Pokemon has much more important values to teach, loyalty, friendship, kindness and curiousity. You should take it into your own hands to teach your children about what’s right. Not leave it to a single pokemon breed.

But seriously, quit being all shitty just cause it's a gender type thing. It isn't ABOUT gender roles; it's just how the damn thing looks when it evolves and it's stats. Calm down. I also agree that parents? If you gonna complain about video games teaching your kids bad shit; how about YOU start parenting and quit letting technology and TV teach them shit. You are the parent; grow up and be one. The world isn't meant to baby your child and your child is not the center of the universe. If you do not want your child to be shown things that they may take the wrong way; you sit them down and YOU explain it.
