Question, why’s there so much sympathy for Randall after Descole manipulated him, but barely any for Clark or Oswald Whistler?
Like, I know, Mr Whistler basically took young girls and tried to erase their lives, which is awful and he definitely belongs in jail, but still. Dude was trying to revive his dead daughter. Doesn’t excuse his actions, but I get his motive. Plus, Descole organised everything with the Detragon.
And Clark did… nothing. Distanced himself from Luke because Des was breathing down his neck. Yelled at Luke when he invited Layton to Misthallery. Acted shifty around Layton. If he cooperates with Descole, his wife and butler get to live.
Randall kidnapped Luke and attempted to destroy a city, under Descole’s instructions, because of a misunderstanding. And everyone lets him off the hook because… he had amnesia? Or more like Randall is everyone’s favourite blorbo and RanLay is one of the most popular ships.
Clark Triton is my favourite, i adore him
