Please, help me and my family

A few years ago, my mom got us stuck in a pretty big debt, about 50 thousand dollars.

And exempt this one, she had a loan for our house. To pay the last one we sold our old house and now we all living with my grandmother.

And now the creditors demand to pay the debt or we will lose my grandma’s house too. I don’t know want to do or where to go.

For the last couple of years, my mom managed to pay more the 30 thousand. But we still have to pay a lot of money, around 15 thousand TILL THE END OF THIS YEAR. So I ask you for help.

And because of that my grandma now has a heart disease and we need to buy tablets for her.

And in the end of it, I started to sleep really bad, become anxious and can’t sleep normally without antidepressants.

my car has broken down over and over and over again. Well, that’s it, folks. We no longer have a vehicle. The tire quite literally fell off in an Albertsons parking lot and we had to sell it for $165 to a junker. When it rains, it pours shit. You already know that I’m about to ask for more help, but I need it so desperately. I live so far from work that there is literally no way for me to get to my job without a vehicle. And that vehicle guarantees I have a place to sleep no matter what. Please help my family. Please help us continue to survive until it gets table. Remaking this post since the old one has completely lost traction. I’m Ren, a trans, Jewish, neurodivergent woman. I will not be able to go to the doctor for a while due to my current situation, but I need to pay off what’s currently owed so that I don’t end up having trouble when I apply for disability. i had a consult with my surgeon today and my overall costs come out to around 5k. i have around 3k saved up already, leaving me with slightly below 2 thousand dollars to go. this is a tremendously important procedure for my happiness and comfort, & donating and sharing are both incredibly appreciated ❤️

Happening right now in Hong Kong - the police is firing rubber bullets and using batons, pepper spray, tear gas and water cannons on peaceful protesters who took the streets to protest against the passing of a controversial law which would allow China to extradite people.

Protesters set up camps, gave out snacks and surgical masks before all of this started. Tanks are apparenrly out in the streets as well and people are being hurt as I write this, but they are not backing down.

Most of the protesters are young people, university students, even high schoolers.

The police are now stopping ambulances trying to help the injured and are taking people out of the ambulances and arresting them insteading of letting them get the help they need. This could cost people their lives, their vision (they aimed the rubber bullets in the heads of the protesters), etc. It’s like those police officers forgot what their jobs actually are and lost their humanity in the process.

The man covered in blood and lying on the floor in one of the photos above is a journalist and the police shot him in the head! The protesters moved to let the ambulance pass through and directed them to the man and let them pass to the hospital freely, clapping at the ambulance workers all the while. The man has since lost consciousness and his condition is reported as being serious.

Meanwhile, the police had since blocked other ambulance vehicles from passing through and arrested the injured.

A video of the journalist being shot was captured and is currently spreading on social media - in it, you can see that the man was just standing there and didn’t do anything to warrant being shot whatsoever.

We just reached our first $1,000, and while we’ve still got $7,000 to go (yikes yikes yikes, and fuck as well), I just wanted to thank you all so much for your kindness and support.

It means the world to me that you’re all still here for me in a time in my life where making things and doing things is… difficult, at best. So much is changing, and hopefully it’s for the better, but it’s scary and hard and weird almost always, and I just… I don’t know. I’m just so grateful for y'all.
