hellooo, yes i do!

i'm currently using the sage default skin by sammi-xox.

as for skin overlays, i switch between esotericas-sims' piltover skin and knickknack skin. sometimes i use alpha skins from obscurus or northern siberia winds with the color slider mod.

i also use a lot of skin details, so if you want, you can check out this ask post where i listed pretty much everything i use on my sims and my go-to creators (didn’t include in the post, but i use okruee’s skin detail and faeeish’s skin details as well).
