Zuko and Sokka’s first meeting was very awkward and sokka tried to brighten the awkwardness by telling a joke but zuko doesn’t laugh and just stares at him and in sokka’s head he’s thinking zuko is some nonchalant hot guy who didn’t talk and probably hates him already

and sokka is just trying to figure out how to survive a whole semester with a roommate who looks at him like that

while zuko on the other hand is already thinking about their wedding and picking out rings and couldn’t even say a single word to him because every time sokka smiles at him his brain just stops working
