I just finished this book and it's so good! The characters and worldbuilding are all very interesting and I definitely didn't just order the next 2 books an hour or so ago huh what
I realized my Transformice account is almost a teenager so I'm revisiting some old WC roleplay characters ^_^ This is Raventail (or Ravenwhisker) and she is the silliest deputy of BoneClan :D Her original design is under the cut!
Does anyone know any books that feature animals as the main characters that have female leads? ;-; Besides Warriors and Wings of Fire I can't find anything and it's a struggle,,,
I read the latest Wings of Fire book and I got the Very strong urge to make a new WoF sona :3 My last one was a Sand-Night-Ice hybrid, but I don't think they suit me anymore, so this time I went with a Sky-Night hybrid ^_^ She is short btw and her name is also Moonfire
I titled this MoonClan's Burden ^_^ These aren't any particular OCs, I just wanted to doodle some cats from this clan! I lowkey fucked up the perspective when I did the grass but oh well ;0; This was another more experimental piece, and I'm mostly happy with how it came out ^_^
Okay so in the same universe as my other wc OCs (Daybreak), there's another group of clans called the Magmatic Alliance, which consists of 6 clans, one of which is called MoonClan! Their whole thing is negative prophecies, like prophecies about death, disaster, etc., and the other clans have negative feelings on them. I sure hope nobody uses that to their advantage to justify trying to kill them in an effort to take over the alliance!

Under the cut is a simple introduction to each of these characters :)
Sootstar (She/Her): Leader of ThunderClan; the youngest cat in memory to be made leader, and not by her choice (made leader at ~1 year old). Extremely protective, tough, cares greatly for her clanmates. Mates with Brighteyes.
Thornleaf (He/Him): Deputy; respected, honorable, loyal, he hopes to protect his clan from any and all threats. Mates with Crowclaw.
Poppyspring (She/Her): Medicine Cat; sharp-tongued, short-tempered, a little paranoid. Constantly on the lookout for a certain threat. Littermate of Russetpelt.
Slatepaw (She/Her): Medicine Cat Apprentice; curious, respectful, quiet. She is the only one Poppyspring is never annoyed with. Littermate of Flintpaw.
Robinheart (She/Her): Senior Warrior; kind, serious, guilty. She often wonders how things could have gone differently. Mates with Flamesong.
Flamesong (He/Him): Senior Warrior; kind, loyal, melancholy. He tries not to dwell so hard on who he's lost. Mates with Robinheart.
Shadowsky (He/Him): Senior Warrior; sarcastic, short-tempered, an extremely good hunter. Ex-mates with Graythistle, mates with Alderfall, father of Sootstar.
Graythistle (He/Him): Senior Warrior; quiet, critical, jealous. Not many like him, and he doesn't like many. Ex-mates with Shadowsky. Older brother of Silverthorn.
Alderfall (She/Her): Senior Warrior; optimistic, fierce, one of ThunderClan's best fighters. Ex-mates with Batwing and mother of Thornleaf and Spiderbelly; mates with Shadowsky and mother of Sootstar.
Leaflight (He/Him): Senior Warrior; grumpy, doesn't trust outsiders easily, especially after what happened, a little lonely. Littermate of Alderfall.
Silverthorn (He/Him): Warrior; joyful, proud of being ThunderClan, and takes great pride in his role as the clan's messenger; he is the fastest cat not in WindClan. Younger brother of Graythistle.
Brackentail (He/Him): Warrior; peaceful, quiet, very introverted. Loves sunning.
Shrewfur (She/Her): Warrior; very curious, adventurous, loves digging.
Batwing (He/Him): Warrior; cowardly, selfish, insecure. Sootstar...tries to fix him, by giving him an apprentice. It may or may not help. Ex-mates with Alderfall, father of Thornleaf and Spiderbelly.
Spottedshine (They/Them): Warrior; quiet, sarcastic, an extremely talented hunter and tracker. Wishes others would see them as someone other than the littermate of a beloved, dead deputy.
Bristlepelt (He/Him): Warrior; friendly, really wants an apprentice. Doesn't understand why others think he's angry all the time. Son of Silverthorn.
Crowclaw (She/Her): Warrior; competitive, sharp, prideful. She knew she was right. Mates with Thornleaf, mother of Slatepaw and Flintpaw.
Snowstorm (He/Him): Warrior; normally joyful, confident, sweet; recovering from depression after losing both littermates, his father, and some friends. Some blame him. Mates with Spiderbelly, father of Beekit and Oakkit.
Tulipdust (He/Him): Warrior; pretentious, egotistical, but loyal to his clan. Takes great pride in being a beloved, dead deputy's son. Littermate of Twigsnap.
Twigsnap (He/Him): Warrior; prideful, paternal, hates losing. Misses his father. Mates with Thistleseed, father of Woodfang, Petalfall, Cherrykit, and Stemkit.
Fernwhisker (She/Her): Warrior; friendly, independent, adventurous. Loves climbing trees and trying to spy on the other clans. Littermate of Thistleseed.
Brighteyes (She/Her): Warrior; confident, brave, competitive. A former kittypet who takes pride in her origins. Mates with Sootstar.
Russetpelt (She/Her): Warrior; friendly, tries not to be the center of attention, has trouble paying attention. Littermate of Poppyspring.
Woodfang (He/Him): Warrior; tries his best to be taken seriously, wants to be a good older brother to his new siblings. Littermate of Petalfall, older brother of Cherrykit and Stemkit.
Petalfall (She/Her): Warrior; loyal, fierce, confident. A great fighter for her age. Littermate of Woodfang, older sister of Cherrykit and Stemkit.
Flintpaw (She/Her): Apprentice; sharp-tongued, short-tempered, ferocious. Hates her mentor, Batwing, she wishes she got someone like Alderfall or Flamesong. Littermate of Slatepaw.
Thistleseed (She/Her): Queen; joyful, playful, maternal. Thinks worms are interesting. Mates with Twigsnap, mother of Woodfang, Petalfall, Cherrykit, and Stemkit.
Cherrykit (He/Him): Kit; fluffy and excited!
Stemkit (She/Her): Kit; fluffy and shy!
Spiderbelly (She/Her): Queen; sweet, caring, but ferocious. One of ThunderClan's best fighters. Wishes she had noticed sooner, feels betrayed and stupid. Mates with Snowstorm, mother of Beekit and Oakkit.
Beekit (They/Them): Kit; curious and adventurous!
Oakkit (She/Her): Kit; playful and curious!
Deerpelt (They/Them): Elder; friendly, sharp, loves telling stories, especially those of her late mate's. Parent of Tulipdust and Twigsnap.
Shimmerfang (She/Her): Elder; tired and old. Depressed and guilty. She should have done everything differently. Many blame her. Mother of Snowstorm.
The warrior names of the kits and apprentices are Slatefur, Flintfang, Cherryspark, Stemfur, Beeclaw, and Oakshade ^_^

These designs are simplified and made slightly more realistic than what they actually are for several of them, since I had to do so many
Under the cut is a simple introduction of each cat if anyone cares about my silly little OCs ;D;
Rookstar (he/him): Leader of WindClan; very serious and tough but benevolent.
Smokemask (she/her): Deputy; very stern and no-nonsense, greatly looks up to and respects Rookstar but highly doubts herself. Ex-mates with Blueblaze.
Dawnlight (she/her): Medicine cat; sweet and loves her clan, but can be very harsh and critical sometimes.
Lightningfoot (she/her): Senior warrior; the oldest (and tallest!) warrior in WindClan. Cheerful and upbeat, loves training new apprentices.
Gorsewhisker (he/him): Senior warrior; one of Lightningfoot's littermates. Generally keeps to himself, quiet, not a great fighter. Mates with Blazefur.
Blueblaze (he/him): Senior warrior; takes only himself and borders seriously, a bit lazy. Ex-mates with Smokemask.
Ravenclaw (she/her): Senior warrior; grouchy and extremely loyal, doesn't trust outsiders. Mates with Hareskip.
Hareskip (he/him): Senior warrior; a little bit of an airhead, but very talented at catching birds. Mates with Ravenclaw.
Sedgefall (she/her): Warrior; quiet, nosy, a very talented tracker and hunter. Doesn't really like her parents, Smokemask and Blueblaze.
Blazefur (she/her): Warrior; sweet, anxious after almost being murdered a few years ago, tries to be optimistic. Daughter of the previous leader, Fallenstar. Mates with Gorsewhisker.
Moonsight (he/him): Warrior; serious, sarcastic, overly prideful in being a descendant of Windstar. Mates with Sunspots.
Stonepelt (she/her): Warrior; serious, shy, insecure, sometimes wonders if WindClan is for her. Sister of Sunspots.
Sunspots (he/him): Warrior; kind, paternal, likes to stick up for outsiders. Mates with Moonsight. Brother of Stonepelt.
Snakefang (she/her): Warrior; a little bit odd and erratic, tends to bring back strange prey, loves to explore.
Havenbreeze (he/him): Warrior; relaxed, easy-going, sweet. Has a huge crush on Stonepelt. Blueblaze's younger brother; littermate of Blizzardtail
Heatherblaze (he/him): Warrior; egotistical, takes WindClan pride very seriously (he would have 50 WindClan flags on his house), teasing, kind of a jock. Mates with Kestrelwing. Littermate of Meadowpelt and Ashstep.
Meadowpelt (he/him): Warrior; depressed after his crush died. Normally is competitive, playful, and loud.
Ashstep (he/him): Warrior; an asshole. Mates with Blizzardtail.
Runninglight (she/her): Warrior; somewhat conservative, loves battle, highly grateful she doesn't have to do apprentice duties anymore.
Rainpaw (she/her): Apprentice; very serious and quiet, extremely talented for her age, ambitious. Littermate of Dustpaw; daughter of Ravenclaw and Hareskip.
Dustpaw (they/them): Apprentice; goofy and curious, second tallest cat in WindClan, not ambitious at all. Littermate of Rainpaw; kit of Ravenclaw and Hareskip.
Firepaw (she/her): Apprentice; very energetic and bold, feisty, wants to prove herself to be a great warrior, extremely competitive. Littermate of Rosepaw; daughter of Blazefur and Gorsewhisker.
Rosepaw (he/him): Apprentice; very competitive, not as ambitious as his sister, edgy teenage asshole. Littermate of Firepaw; son of Blazefur and Gorsewhisker.
Blizzardtail (she/her): Queen; prideful in WindClan, bold, protective. Blueblaze's younger sister; littermate of Havenbreeze. Regretfully mates with Ashstep (she doesn't like him much anymore...).
Skykit (he/him): Kit; very quiet. Son of Blizzardtail and Ashstep.
Kestrelwing (she/her): Queen; happy-go-lucky, extremely prideful of being in WindClan (would also have 50 WindClan flags on her house), loves being a warrior. Mates with Heatherblaze.
Birchkit (she/her): Kit; energetic and excited, extremely curious, always wants her way. Struggling to decide between becoming a medicine cat or warrior. Daughter of Kestrelwing and Heatherblaze.
Waterpelt (she/her): Elder; calm, wise, not afraid to use harsh words on those she thinks deserve them. Mother of Blueblaze, Havenbreeze, and Blizzardtail.
Beetleflight (he/him): Elder; massive asshole. Father of Ravenclaw.
Sandfur (he/him): Elder; calm, not wise, just wants to live the rest of his days in peace. Father of Lightningfoot and Gorsewhisker.
The kits' and apprentices' warrior names are: Raincloud, Dustspeckle, Fireface (I CAME UP WITH THIS NAME BEFORE GRAYSTRIPE'S VOW STOLE IT ARGHHHH /silly), Rosepounce, Skywhisper, and Birchflame!
