I am in a new fase now, I dont think I will be returning to my regular everyday fasting.
I used to do a 18h minimum fast every day (I can't do fasts that are very long because my mother tends to complain), and that was not giving me good results. I think that now that I sort of stopped with the fasting I'm going to lose some more weight, idk 🤷🏻♀️

Does anyone know a site for counting calories? I have family link on my phone (💀) and my mother don't allow me to use them anymore.

I saw this girl o YouTube shorts that was going through a recovery and eating a chocolate bar that she really loved.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a pro recovery myself, but I just felt SO jealous of her. God she was skinny (almost a literal bag of bones without ANY muscles), I felt like literal whale next to her and it was so embarrassing. Couldn't I just have empathy for other people and stop thinking about myself for a second? I was actually happy for her, but not for me tho.

It may sound a little crazy to say that, but trust me it is true. Imagine a pretty girl, she's cute and her hair and makeup is always on point. She gets a lil busy sometimes and walk around town to solve her little girly problems that tend to appear on her daily routine.
The one thing i tend to put in my head is that you imagine her saying " omg i ate nothing today! " but the phrase " i ate like crazy today " does not cross your mind.
