Alright everyone. I’m going to let you in on a secret.

I know how to get the perfect body.

It really does exist, and I know how to get it. But here’s the catch.

The perfect body looks different on everyone. It could be thinner, flatter, muscular, heavier, curvier, toned, tiny, bigger, or etc. than someone else’s.

And all you have to do to get that perfect body is be healthy.

Are you skinnier and your doctor says you’re heathy? You have the perfect body.

Are you a bit heavier and your doctor says you’re healthy? You have the perfect body.

Are you somewhere in the middle, or possibly have bigger thighs than breast, or more width between your shoulders, and your doctor says you’re healthy? You have the perfect body.

Are you more muscular than other people, or more gangly than you’d like, and your doctor says you’re healthy? You have the perfect body.

Remember, your weight does not define your beauty or your value as a person. Personality and accepting yourself does. The more confident you are with yourself, the more beautiful you become.

And remember this as well. There is really nothing better than a smile.

십팔 Eighteen Vs. 씨발 Fuck

The number eighteen is pronounced Ship-pal (십팔). Unfortunately, if you say this number with even the slightest error in pronunciation, it sounds like the F word in Korean (shi-bal / 씨발). It’s so similar that ’18’ is often used as slang on chat rooms to replace the F word. 

씨발 must not be confused with the verb “to fuck” but it can translate to “fuck! / shit!” when used angrily. There’s no such thing as “I shibaled my gf last night”. It can also be combined like 씨발놈아! [shibalnoma] = “You, motherfucker!”.
