She could ask that same question in her mind all the time. Though she knew the boys had been helping him with something, she didn’t know exactly what- and she had an inkling they sent him into an existential crisis while she wasn’t keeping a close eye. Yes, she could ask herself that question constantly- but she didn’t think this situation would go so deep as to talk about the darker crevices of her past. Though, she was talking to Eros, she didn’t have that much of a problem talking about the memories with him.

The woman could have decided to not be with her boys’ father so many years ago, she could have decided to not start a family with the man, she could have decided to leave the witch practice all together, hell she could have decided to not live in New Orleans but here she was- a proud mother of two rascals and a woman in love with a demigod. In retrospect, that statement could make an interesting sitcom show.Â

  he was glad it was a popularly explored idea, as usually he felt alone in his thoughts. when vera was around, she never shared what ran through her mind, often && usually quite literally, leaving him in the dark. so he just assumed.. that no one else indulged in delusions or anything like that until this media.   it had opened up his crystal hues, prying the door to his soul just a tad awry at well. wondering how many possibilities there could be && if someone actually does control it all. he would want to have stern words with them then.    ‘ no. we watched a show about them. sort of. it was really gory should the be allowed to watch that yet?? ‘ his tone hinted that he was kidding. ‘ it’s okay. it’s good they showed me. makes me more impossibly happier to be here, with you, && them. ‘
