I've decided to go the non toxic/low toxin! I've been flirting with the idea of really leaning into holistic body care for a while since I've been doing holistic health for medicines and things when we get sick. But, today I was out to buy my bodywash and I realized that I really have no idea what's in it and I'm putting it on my body. That really bothered me. So, I went and bought a new toothpaste, lip balm, soap, and a deodorant. I'll be figuring out the rest later, but yeah! I'm really excited for the switch, but I've read that the deodorant transition is a little stinky at first which doesn't sound fun. It'll be fine, I'm determined! If anyone has any recommendations lmk!

I’m not a parent, so maybe I just don’t have that understanding— but why does nobody put socks on their baby’s feet?

I work at a historical site and it’s been cold and rainy all day. I watched this couple come onto the grounds with a stroller and that baby is like just past infancy or something with no socks.

Why.

Babygirl had a blanket on her lap with her tootsies. hanging. out. in the cold damp air. Someone, anyone, please explain this to me, because I fear that child is cooked.
