Hi it's been two years, look at my son (completely fictional character)

This is the Blue Dokkaebi, (in)famous hacker and vigilante in New Kaineng! He is here to cause problems, but very specifically only for other problem causers. Also he is madly in love with one of the detectives trying to catch him. but that's. probably not important.

He's just a silly Luxon from Echovald who likes to tinker with jade I'm sure there's noooooo deeper lore here I'm sure nothing bad ever happens to these characters
