btw this isn't solely a disability rights issue or an issue about people who are entirely unable to work. you should also be thinking about the people who are regarded as unhireable. transfems are hugely discriminated against in this way, people of color are passed over for less qualified white people, anyone who has any difficulty playing the interview game is less hireable... frankly anyone who made the mistake of pursuing the things they love and now has a degree for a niche field. if you still joke about Jobless People it's because you've fundamentally connected the worth of people to their labor, and specific labor, work that you see as valuable. and while i'm at it stop making fun of people who still live with their parents. asshole.

I wasn't sure about getting a Rotom phone, but my friend convinced me. It's been really great- I have a little buddy now! Thing is, I make electronic music, and I have a lot of synth instruments. Little buddy likes to come out and jam with me on occasion- which has been really fun, but I'm worried it may not be safe? What can I do to make sure my equipment is up to code for Rotom inhabitation? I don't want little buddy to get hurt! Or me, either!

electronic instruments can be a really neat form of enrichment for a rotom! you just need to make sure that your instruments are rated for for rotom interaction; otherwise you're looking at a fire hazard and a potential of ruining some expensive equipment. rotom-rated electronics are ones that have limiters imposed on how much electricity a rotom can pump into them before they auto-eject the pokemon and power down. this prevents rotom from frying the equipment and blowing a fuse.

rotom-proofed electronics are generally more expensive, and not everywhere carries them, so there's a decent chance your equipment isn't designed for a rotom to use. if that's the case, you can look for a scaled-down version of your equipment specifically designed for rotom! rotomporium.com sells a TON of electronics just for rotom use. you'd be surprised at how wide of a range they have! they can still be a little pricey, but this way you're able to get something your rotom can safely interact with without replacing all of your current equipment and completely breaking the bank haha
