Lee. 30-something. She/her pronouns. This is a former Mass Effect OC blog turned personal/writing blog. I post about cute things, video games, and just about anything containing wlw content. I also write; please check out the link up above to check out my fics if interested.
Yes, I’ve belatedly realized that my blog isn’t very mobile-friendly, but you can see the masterpost for all my writing here.
Q: May I ask you about your character(s), your stories, or your AUs?
Absolutely! I love talking to my readers! Just bear in mind, however, that I might not be able to answer everything in detail since it could be a spoiler for something I’ve yet to write.
Q: Do you take AU/story requests?
Not necessarily. You’re more than welcome to send an idea in, and if I like it enough, I might write about it. It’s not always guaranteed though.
Q: What is your update schedule typically like?
Much as I hate to say it, it’s usually just whenever my muse decides to cooperate... Sometimes that inspiration takes the form of other AUs rather than something I’ve already written, but isn’t that the usual plight of an author? Lol.
Q: Did you take your stories off AO3?
I did not, no. I simply locked some of them so that only registered users on the site could read them. Anyone without an account there will simply see an otherwise blank profile when they search or click on my username.
Q: Why did you decide to lock your stories on AO3?
Beyond just serving as a deterrent for the occasional anonymous troll, I’m also not comfortable with the idea of an AI program skimming or copying my work to improve its own writing capabilities, especially with some of my more popular work.
Q: Do you have a FAQ about Iseul?
Right here!
Q: Do you have a FAQ about Niamh?
I do now, yes! I figured it might prove useful to new readers, especially given how long my fic is turning out to be. :)
Q: Do you have a FAQ about your Shepard?
Yes! With the Mass Effect remaster out, I do plan to write within that fandom again eventually! :D For now, I hope you enjoy the little profile histories I have for Rajhi in each game along with the various AUs I have in mind for her.
Q: Do you have any other social media platforms outside of Tumblr?
I have Instagram and TikTok, but they’re mostly just for personal scrolling purposes than anything else. Any updates regarding my writing will usually be seen here first.
Q: What is your banner image from?

Look at them! Look at this happy family! Like, ignore the fact that Celine is mean-mugging Iseul in that upper left section. 😂 This was very early on into their odd situationship, where Celine was resigned to learning how to raise a half-demon with the older sister of her bandmate's (ex? haven't decided yet) baby daddy. ...said older sister also happens to be one of the Demon Lords of the underworld, which definitely is proving useful to keeping Gwi-Ma's minions away. 🤭
Celine might have been reluctant about the situation at first, but it took Rumi accidentally learning how to teleport as a baby for her to be grateful that she wasn't dealing with this all by herself. 🙂↕️
Huge shoutout to Marty as always for taking on this commission! I love it so much that I decided to change my pfp after almost five years. 😌👌God, Iseul just looks so good! Look at those arms! And those fiery patterns! 🥵🥵🥵 Go commission stuff from Marty, y'all! She's so awesome!
Been kicking around some mv ideas with @deadbiwrites based on the incredible minific (read here) that they added to my previous risky business Zoey gif (see link).
I was at the aquarium the other day, and I thought of something semi-funny and semi-NSFT (Miyeong's freak flag is flying in this one 👀) for your *** AU, so enjoy! 🐬🐬🐬
-------
So Third's been off performing some random duties for her eldritch god the past few days, so it's been a little while since she dropped by the household. Out of boredom, she looks through the baby bag that Miyeong has for Rumi whenever they go out in public, and she's surprised by the multitude of new things she finds inside.
"Sooo... what's with all the aquatic-themed stuff in here?" she asks, pulling out various stuffed creatures: a dolphin, a starfish, a seal, and an octopus.
At the sight of the latter, Rumi immediately becomes active in her mother's arms. With determined, gurgling noises, she reaches out with both arms towards the octopus toy, almost leaning herself completely out of Miyeong's hold just to try and grab it, surprising both adults. Third gives the octopus up quickly while reaching out to stabilize the baby, who then proceeds to squish the plushie tightly to her face with a pleased hum, happy with her prize.
Miyeong sighs tiredly although nothing can really stop the fond smile on her lips as she stares down at her daughter, bouncing her gently in her arms. "We were at the aquarium the other day. Somehow, she managed to convince Celine that she needed all of these since I find It pulling multiple things off the shelf with Its tentacles every time Rumi pointed at something. Thankfully, no one else was in the aisle with us at the time, but Rumi put up a fuss when I tried to put some of the toys back."
Third snorts, grinning. "So you had to buy them rather than risk the baby making a scene?"
"Something like that, yes," she says dryly.
"Well..." Third idly scratches at her cheek in thought. "I guess the alternative wouldn't be better if people somehow discovered the entity in a gift shop, huh?"
Even in one of the being's most tamer forms, It had a way of... unsettling people just by existing there in their presence. It was like trying to peer through the surface of a lake while a sheen of oil covered it. One could see the image of the expected fish or two, but the image was never clear. Never quite right. To have It display Its powers, especially if Miyeong or Rumi were under potential threat, and, well...
...that was a recipe for disaster.
"Anyway, I can see why you went for some of these other stuffies, but this one is a bit of a surprise." She jerks her chin towards the octopus plush in the baby's hands. "They're not the first things I think of when I think of 'cute.'"
Granted, whoever had produced the toys likely thought the same thing.
In order to appeal to a younger market, the plush had been designed with cartoonishly-wide eyes, a cute smile (which was in an anatomically incorrect location), and fuzzy tentacles. Rumi is mindlessly chewing on one as she lounges comfortably against her mother's shoulder. Third can't help but tease her, trying to pull the plush away, but that only seems to enrage the little half-demon as she bites down on the tentacle with a growl while holding the stuffed octopus greedily to her chest.
Third can't help but coo at the cute, little, infantile growls she hears from the baby. "Well, Rumi? Why'd you want this one so bad, hm?"
The baby just blinks up at her, which is understandable. As young as she is, Third doesn't really expect an answer, but Rumi surprises her yet again when the baby turns her head and reaches out just beyond her with grasping fingers towards Celine, who's in the living room, tidying things up. "Ap... Appa!"
"Appa, huh? Well, I guess you're not wrong there." Third turns over one of the plush's tentacles that Rumi hasn't outright chewed and drooled over. She gives a little laugh. "I don't think It has these little suction cups though."
Third's so busy gently teasing the baby that she doesn't notice how Miyeong seems to stiffen somewhat from her comment. It's only when she questions the other woman about something and doesn't get response that Third finally looks up. She sees Miyeong watching the entity with slightly unfocused eyes. She's there with them presently, yes, but her mind seems to be completely elsewhere.
"Uh, Miyeong? You doing okay there?"
"...I can take It."
Third follows her gaze and sees the entity in the living room, where It's still cleaning. The scene looks surprisingly domestic were it not for the fact that the eldritch entity is effortlessly using Its tentacles to pick up various baby toys off the ground, loading them into a storage chest.
"What? In a fight?" she teases.
Silence.
"You... You mean in a fight, right?" Third watches in disbelief at the slight flush overtaking Miyeong's cheeks as she continues eying the entity that's now using Its mass of shadowy tendrils to lift multiple couches and the coffee table in order to vacuum under them. "Miyeong?!"
"Here," the woman says, gently handing off Rumi into Third's arms. "The formula's on the counter, and I already pureed some baby food for her. They're in the fridge if she wants them."
"But what are you—"
Third doesn't get a chance to finish her sentence.
Instead, she can only watch as Miyeong quickly saunters to Celine's side, pulling the bewildered entity with her towards the direction of the master bedroom. Third rolls her eyes.
"You're welcome for being an overqualified babysitter..." she mutters to no one in particular. She stares down at the baby in her arms, arching a sharp brow. "And you. You can say Appa, but you can't say One?"
Rumi just smiles up at her around the fuzzy tentacle in her mouth with a gummy grin. "Dum-Dum!"
Third gives the most long-suffering sigh ever as she carries Rumi into the now cleaned living room while the baby continues babbling off the stupid nickname she's been stuck with for weeks now. "Void, just take me now..."
((Personally, I just find it funny that Third has to deal with this woman who's constantly thirsting over Eldritch Celine. Like, Third's not a prude or anything, but that's still her Cult God/Bestie. She probably doesn't want to imagine all the ways Miyeong wants to test out the entity's capabilities. 🤣))
LMAOO
Celine just minding Its own business while Mi-yeong (despite being retired from the idol scene and is her own lyricist) has so many ideas in regard to Celine's tendrils. That woman learned she has kinks a year into their relationship and oh boy, she's taking the chance .
Third suffering through all of Mi-yeong's horniness for her eldritch boss 😔
Rumi hears them before she sees them. Their voices echo down the hall.
She peeks around the corner. Zoey is curled up on the couch, one of her treasured lyrics notebooks on her lap and a pencil on her hand, the rubber end caught between her teeth. Celine is sanding behind the couch, leaning on the back of it with her forearms. Zoey’s talking animatedly through the pencil, her free hand waving in the air as she tries to explain her words to the older woman.
She can only see the side of Celine’s face, but her eyes are soft and there’s a proud smile on her lips. She says something, and moves one hand to ruffle Zoey’s hair.
“You have a gift with words, Zoey. You’ll figure it out.”
Zoey beams up at her, eyes sparkling. Rumi steps back into the darkness of the hallway, a tightness in her chest she doesn’t know how to explain.
———
Rumi doesn’t know what time it is. She stumbles a little on half asleep feet, rubbing at her eye with one hand while the other’s fingers skate over the wall, guiding her towards the kitchen. The light coming through the doorway stops her in her tracks long enough to register the hushed voices coming from within. She tiptoes the rest of the way and looks inside.
Mira and Celine are standing on front of the window, both still in their PJs. Celine has an arm wrapped around Mira’s shoulders as the younger girl leans against her side. She can’t hear what they’re saying, but if the way Mira’s curling into herself is anything to go by, it must have something to do with the call she’d gotten that afternoon from her parents.
Celine moves her hand to Mira’s head, brushing her hair back as she turns her head and presses a soft kiss to her forehead.
“You’ll always have a place in my home.” she hears her murmur.
Rumi turns around and goes back to bed, the glass of water she’d been after long forgotten.
———
Rumi steps into the living room, fingers fidgeting as she look back to where Zoey and Mira are hiding (well, “hiding”. They’re fully in view, but it’s kinda funny that they think they’re being conspicuous). The maknae gives her a goofy smile and a double thumbs up while Mira just shoos her in, her raised eyebrow silently judging her for being a wuss. She grimaces at them and turns back to where Celine stands next to the piano shuffling through sheets of music.
She steps closer, shuffling her feet. Celine looks up and tilts her head, giving her a questioning look. She tries to ask, just like they practiced, but the words don’t come out. She looks down and grabs at the rolled up sleeve of Celine’s shirt. Celine blinks at her, then looks behind her to where Zoey and Mira are. Then her eyes get sad, and she sighs as she sets the sheets down.
“Oh, kiddo… come here.”
Her arms come up, and Rumi can’t resist burrowing down into her warmth, her citrusy perfume filling her nose. Celine holds her close, and as the seconds stretch, Rumi realizes Celine isn’t going to let go until she does.
Tears spring to her eyes as she curls in further, and all Celine does is hold her tighter.
Mi-yeong in her desperation to make sure her baby, Rumi, is safe from Gwi-ma for eternity made a deal with an eldritch being. She's willing to do whatever it takes, even when she has to sell her soul to an entity that's not Gwi-ma.
Said eldritch being salivates over her desperation and the added bonus of pissing the bonfire off, hell yeah. With the pact sealed, Mi-yeong is now bound to the entity.
A year later, imagine Mi-yeong's surprise when baby Rumi babbles to no one. So she would say if she cant see the very entity she had made a pact with. Of course Mi-yeong was scared and she may have regrets for making a pact. The whiplash when she sees Rumi giggling as she gets tickled by the entity's shadowy tendril.
Months past by and Mi-yeong eventually lets her guard down when she sees the entity isn't hurting Rumi. Maybe a year after that first interaction, a woman appears and oddly enough, Rumi brightens. Babbling and reaching out to said mysterious woman. To say Mi-yeong was confused is an understatement. The woman introduces herself as Celine :) "Beautiful." Mi-yeong thinks internally. In a daze, she shakes her head to not be distracted especially when the woman, Celine, is smirking.
However, the moment Mi-yeong focuses on Celine, she realizes the woman is the entity itself. Very obvious when she sees 'tattoos' decorating her arms and neck (Mi-yeong scrunches her face for being distracted by a pretty face). Instinctually, she holds Rumi closer. Protective over her baby despite Rumi's baby protest.
Celine placates by telling her she can't harm Rumi. It's part of their deal. Mi-yeong blushes, forgetting that it is part of their deal to make sure Rumi is safe. She stammers an apology and oh god, she really done fuck up and insulted an eldritch being. Celine is deeply amused (honestly, she's having fun in her eternal existence).
Que the weirdest romcom between Celine, an eldritch being and Mi-yeong, a normal human. With Third at the sideline, eating popcorns when her boss tries to navigate her existential crisis.
I thought of a few scenes for your *** AU. 👀
--------
So imagine that Miyeong and Celine are getting ready to go out for the night at Third's very firm insistence. Mostly because Miyeong's been cooped up in the house for the better part of a year, taking care of Rumi and everything. Some of that has to do with Miyeong obviously being a first-time mom and constantly worried about the well-being of her child, and the other half is her being super paranoid that one of Gwi-Ma's minions will eventually find her and take Rumi away.
Third just waves away (not out of meanness or anything) her concerns while cradling the baby in her arms. "I promise she'll be fine with me!" she insists. "Go on! Take a breather. Void knows that you deserve it after all these months."
And Miyeong is just wringing her hands nervously even though she can see that her baby is happy as can be in Third's presence. "But maybe this is too soon... And you'll be by yourself if something happens!"
"We'll be fine!" Third rolls her eyes goodnaturedly before directing her gaze to the entity. "Tell her!"
Celine just shrugs when Miyeong turns to It in question. "She is one of my oldest and most trusted priestesses. There are not many who would be able to match her prowess in battle and live to tell the tale."
"I'm also your oldest-surviving priestess, mind you!" Third corrects haughtily. "You really should have changed my title by now. Right, Rumi? Shouldn't I be the Number One Priestess by now?"
Of course, Rumi is just learning how to talk, so she's not going to get all the syllables and sounds right the first time. "Dum?" she burbles out, trying to repeat after Third.
Third frowns. "...No. One."
"Dum!"
"One! One!"
Rumi raises both arms excitedly with a toothless grin. "Dum-Dum!"
Silence.
Third doesn't need to turn around to know that Miyeong is desperately trying to hide her laughter in Celine's shoulder while the eldritch entity Itself has the most uncanny-looking smile on Its face, amused.
"We'll..." Third sighs. "We'll work on that, okay, Rumi?"
((This scene was partially inspired by the fact that you haven't named Third in this AU, so I thought it was just hilarious that Celine probably never personally kept up with the various priests or priestesses in Its cult especially if they keep dying and just refers to them by some numerical ranking system It arbitrarily made up. 🤣))
---DATE NIGHT---
So Miyeong and Celine were enjoying their date dinner and were basically on their way to this quaint little bar by the waterside for a little night cap before heading home. They're having a grand time, but then some drunk guy approaches them. He begins propositioning Miyeong rather poorly, not realizing he just sealed his fate by attempting that while Celine was sitting next to her.
Thankfully, security intervenes but not before the man makes some more salacious gestures at Miyeong as he's tossed out on his ass.
For Celine, such reproachful behavior cannot go unanswered...
---IN A NEARBY ALLEY---
"What are you doing?!" Miyeong hisses as she enters the mouth of the alley.
She'd gone to pay for their bar tab, and when she had turned around, Celine was gone from the stool. Of course, given her pact with the eldritch being, it wasn't terribly difficult to track Its location.
...so long as Miyeong paid close attention to the disconcerting whispers and shrieks inside her head.
Of course, that led to Miyeong's current situation, which was her seeing her earlier harasser hanging from the writhing mass of tentacles holding him up midair. He was so tightly cocooned that all she could see were his eyes, wide with both tears and terror. Even his mouth had been covered, likely to prevent him from screaming and alerting passersby.
For the terrifying eldritch entity holding him hostage, however, It was as calm as could be.
To the public, the being looked like a young woman who favored dark clothing. Current said clothing, however, had transformed. The material of Its dress shirt and slacks seemed to bleed and pool around It in ink-black ebbs and flows, joining with the natural shadows of the alley walls, which now sported a host of endless eyes of varying sizes—their gazes judging and damning.
"But he started this," It said, as if that were reason enough for Its actions.
It was not.
Granted, a part of Miyeong is touched that the being is defending her honor, but she didn't want it in this way! She isn't going to encourage this behavior!
"I don't care if he started it!" she said, flicking a hand towards the man with barely even a passing look. "I'm ending it! Put him down! Now!"
Of course, Miyeong realizes there's a certain sense of futility when it comes to arguing with an entity that is ages-old. It is powerful. It is absolute. There is nothing to ensure It will even listen to her.
As such, doubt begins to fill Miyeong, wondering what It will do with a mortal who had the audacity to make such demands of it, pact deal be damned.
But then the impossible seems to happen, and Miyeong has to watch in disbelief as the many eyes on the walls around her seem to droop around her in seeming disappointment. Celine only sighs.
"As you wish..."
By Miyeong's decree, Celine releases the man from her tentacles. It looks like he'll meet a painful fall into the concrete below, but then a void-like portal opens up before he makes impact. It swallows the man entirely as he disappears into the jet-black darkness with a cut off scream. Before Miyeong has a chance to process what the entity has done, she hears an audible splash in the canal behind her along with slurred spluttering.
Silence.
"Celine."
"Hm?"
"He's drunk."
The many eyes around Miyeong give a very slow blink, perfectly unbothered. "We are aware."
"Of course you are," she mutters while pinching the bridge of her nose in exasperation. "Look, it's bad enough that he's in the water while highly inebriated, but what if he can't swim?"
Rather than be concerned why would it be though? Honestly? It seems thrilled by the thought. Drowning isn't an especially quick death after all, so It can possibly feed off the man's fear as he slowly succumbs to a dark, watery grave.
"How tragic..."
Miyeong rolls her eyes so damn hard while pulling her phone from her purse. "You made your point. Let me get an officer over here to help fish him out."
"Tell them to take their time."
"You." She points to Celine with an accusatory finger as she waits for the call to connect. "Are. Impossible."
The multitude of eyes around her narrow with seeming delight, outright preening from the statement. In the center of this mass of eyes and shadows, Celine just offers a very slow grin. "We know this..."
[I love this! Your writing woagh! Thank you so much T.T One of these days, Mi-yeong will let Celine kill someone.]
I like the hc that the entity priest/priestess goes by numeric. I imagine it's mainly bcs they shed their old life, their name erased once they really embraced the void aka "Celine".
Third in the kitchen, preparing Rumi's bottle.
Baby Rumi: [giggling and blabber] Dum-dum! Dum-dum!
Third: [sighs and brings the bottle to Rumi] Rumi please. It's One. Not Dum-dum. One.
Baby Rumi: [makes grabby hands] Dum-dum!
Third: ... We are going to have a lot of work to do.
----
Mi-yeong: We're home. Celine here nearly killed someone.
Celine: [sigh] A disappointment We could not kill him. Is everything well while we were out, Dum-dum?
Third: [agasp and points at Celine] What the Void?! Not you too!
Mi-yeong: [snorts, tries to hold back her laughter] I hope Rumi hasn't been much of a problem Dum-dum.
I'm having feelings about Shattered AU Mira and Celine. 😭 I had to yap to you about it because this scene wouldn't leave my head!
-----
So let's say that Celine's been in South Korea for a couple weeks (maybe even a few months) now for her impromptu tour there. For this AU, I personally have a headcanon that she's helping to bolster up the Honmoon with her performances while HUNTR/X is still getting used to being KPop stars by day and demon hunters by night. 😌 She's doing her part to make sure her daughter ward is going to be okay along with Rumi and Zoey.
(On a personal note, I find it hilarious for this AU that the Honmoon keeps giving Celine daughters like it expects backpay on all the child support she missed over the years. 😂)
However, it comes time for Celine to eventually leave South Korea because she obviously still has a life and career outside the country—one she's long-established for herself as a way to distance herself from her past.
The Duo are taking it pretty hard obviously with their anxiety flaring, wondering if this will be the time that Celine disappears from them forever, but HUNTR/X seems to be taking it even harder. No amount of woeful puppy dog eyes from the girls are enough to sway Celine although she admittedly almost gave in once or twice.
"Girls, please," she tries to placate, smiling weakly with upraised hands. "The photoshoot in Milan was set up months in advance. I can't just back out of it."
For a second, it looks like Mira wants to argue with her, but then after another moment, her shoulders slump with resignation. She sighs, running her hand through her hair with enough aggravation that it nearly undoes her ponytail—the same one she had styled after Celine's trademark look. She understands her mother's guardian's plight even if it's difficult for her to accept.
"Yeah, I know..." she murmurs. "It's just..." Her mouth opens and closes a few times as she tries to gather her thoughts. After a time, she looks up sadly at Celine. "J'ai encore besoin de toi, Maman..." (Translation: "I still need you, Mom." ...also, I used Google Translate for that; please don't hurt me if it's wrong. 😅)
(Honestly, if Mira's been off in some French boarding school since she was a pre-teen, then it makes sense if she knows how to speak the language. 🤔 She probably defaults to French if she wants to discuss something with Celine but doesn't want the girls or the Duo in on the conversation.)
And everything in Celine's demeanor softens immediately (and the Duo can't help but be envious about it).
"I know," she says quietly in return. "Here." She shrugs her shoulders to take off her jacket, and Mira numbly watches in confusion for a moment. It isn't until the garment is then place over her own shoulders that realization dawns on her.
She's being given her jacket.
Selene's signature leather jacket!
The same one she's worn for decades!
"Wait. You... you mean it??" Mira can't help but run a hand down along a sleeve, feeling how the material is still durable but softened by age. It also still retains the warmth of the older woman's body—a mantle of comfort in all the ways it should be for Mira.
"Just a little something to remind you that I'm never too far away." She tilts her head with a fond smile as she watches how Mira explores the jacket with awestruck wonder. "I was actually waiting for you to grow into it."
In some ways, Celine can't believe this is the same girl who had drawn herself to her side like an imprinted duckling all those years ago. She's grown into a fine young woman, and Celine can see the fierce fire within her—the same one that had fueled her all those years ago during her own time as a Hunter. Celine steps forward to place her hands gently on Mira's shoulders.
"There's a part of me that will always wish that the Honmoon had been sealed during my generation if only so that you and the girls wouldn't have to deal with the heavy burden of this duty." A glimmer of pride gleams in Celine's eyes as she flicks her gaze over to Rumi and Zoey before back to Mira. "However, if the mantle must be passed, then I can think of no finer women to give it to. It's time." She presses a kiss to Mira's forehead, firming her resolve when she hears her daughter's shaky inhale. "You're ready."
Because, more than anything, Celine needs Mira to understand that this isn't her walking away or abandoning her like her biological parents did.
No, this is Celine stepping back to watch Mira soar.
She gives Rumi and Zoey each a hug, Soo-ho a handshake, and the Duo a polite nod from a distance.
"Remember," she says to the girls, picking up her bag to make her way to the penthouse elevator. "I'm only a call away if you need me."
---NOT EVEN TWO MINUTES LATER---
HUNTR/X: CELINE!! WE MISS YOU!! 😭😭😭
Celine: ...I haven't even left the building yet. 😅
((I couldn't resist the bit of humor at the end. Lol. Hope you like this! 🥹))
Celine giving her jacket to Mira hnnggggg
[What can I say. I'm just imagining the Honmoon is literally us]
Oh mann, im thinking of the Duo seeing how soft Celine is when she was talking to Mira (who basically imprinted onto Celine). The regret of not giving Celine a chance to raise Rumi. Definitely not thinking that Rumi might also be envious bcs if Celine had been told the truth from the start, she would've been her fourth parent (girly got so many parents smh).
Anyway, I'm going to sit in a corner and cry over this AU
